We stayed here for 6 nights in May. It is a delightful hotel with very friendly husband and wife running it. The restaurant is excellent and we had several delicious meals there. Our room was very generous for the three of us and excellent value. Siorac is well placed for touring the dordogne and a quiet little village. The only...

My wife and I stayed here for four nights while we were cycling in the area, and had a very agreeable stay. The hotel was clean and tidy, with very good meals in the restaurant. Young couple who run the place were pleasant and helpful. Siorac is a small, but attractive town. We also had a great experience working with...

We cycled here and sat in the very busy courtyard for lunch. All the tables were taken outside and the young lady was very good waitress covering some 24 covers with ease. We went for the luncheon menu which had a good range of choices and included wine for 22 euros each. It was interesting to note the clientele were...

We stayed here for two nights. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and able to store our bikes as we were on a cycling holiday. The rooms were comfortable and clean and set back from the road over a quiet courtyard. The courtyard was pleasant for a pre-dinner drink. The highlight for us was the restaurant, brilliant food, friendly...

We stayed at this hotel in July 2012 and I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the "nice touches" in the room. It was comfortable with a good bed at a very reasonable price. The food was excellent and we met some very nice people in the restaurant so it was a very pleasant evening. The staff were very...

We really enjoyed our overnight stay in this hotel, arriving as we did after a day of cycling. It was comfortable, spacious, quiet, clean with a new modern bathroom. Our room had a pretty view across the courtyard. The owners were friendly, gracious and very helpful. The coffee at breakfast was particularly good. We wished we could have eaten at...

I agree with the other positive reviews of this hotel. The owners were very pleasant, and especially accommodating to cyclists. Rooms great and very modestly priced in the off season. Unfortunately the restaurant was taking the night off, as were most of the other restaurants in the area on the same night, which was a little inconvenient. But there is...

Eaten here three or four times this year - never lets you down. Strong on using local produce. Very good value table d'hote menu with excellent fish dishes. Wine list is relatively small but interesting choices. Seems popular with "locals" which is always a good sign
