The room decor and cleanliness was wonderful and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options available. Marked down to a 3 star because of a couple things. The corridors between the rooms were poorly lit and had a not entirely pleasant smell. When we had dinner...

What a gem of a hotel . Quirky but beautiful. Staff are exceptional. They seem to take great pride in the hotel. Food was fantastic . I am wheat intolerant and I have never stayed anywhere with a better range of options. Overall a fantastic place I will definitely return too.

We stayed here in April 2015 as a family. The hotel is excellent, the family room we received was quiet, spacious and well appointed, with TV's in both the master bedroom and the sitting room. The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast is an excellent experience, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Our daughter blocked the sink with paper...

This hotel in Barna hidden twenty minutes (depending on traffic) from Galway city is an absolutely charming hotel. Arrived to a complimentary iced tea and an extremely warm and friendly welcome from the girl on reception. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had beautiful Voya products to use as required. The only negative was the main road was busy...

Fabulous Easter lunch with the family, was very busy but the staff still managed fast and friendly service. Kids had garlic bread and chips, the garlic bread was a culinary masterpiece- the pizza chef needs a raise! My only gripe was with my warm chicken salad instead of been drizzled in balsamic it was drenched but I still ate it....

We stayed here for an overnight break and we're delighted with our choice. We couldn't have felt more welcome. Our package included an evening meal which we had in West Restaurant. We paid a small supplement to eat there rather than in the Bistro. We thought the food was superb. The restaurant was quiet that evening so perhaps lacked a...

Stayed with my partner for extended weekend, the hotel and the countryside are overwhelming. Rooms are roomy and well decorated. The beds are good quality and the hotel is very silent. The room was equipped with small bar where hot drinks could be prepared, this was located in a separate room to the bedroom.
