Yes you can set the temperature in the room to your liking. The room comes with its own temperature controller.

I concur with Han-Yu's answer, both with regard to bed sizes and the room size. They are pretty big for Tokyo area mid-price rooms, so I guess there would be room for a couple of rollaways.

I did not as I don't really enjoy hotel's breakfast buffet. Many cafes around which offers western breakfast set for JPY600 includes toast, yoghurt, eggs n coffee.
