I had stayed at this hotel before, but this time, I found the staffs of the hotel are very helpful . My family had lost the wallet in JR station, and the staffs tried their best to help us to find wallet, especially 小川先生, he tried to call to the JR station Lost and Found office many times in order...

Conveniently located just across from the station. Price is great, and the room is spacious and well maintained. The bath room is new and reasonably big for a Japanese hotel. The breakfast buffet is also cheap at $1000 Yen, with a wide variety of both a Japanese and western selections.

A distance from central Tokyo but adjacent to Oimachi station with a direct line to all the action. Excellent location among good shops, restaurants and the best food hall ever directly below the hotel. Small room but well appointed and quite adequate for two. Not to mention the joy of Japans heated lavatory seats!

I was travelling alone, but stayed in the twin tower as the size of the single room is too small for a 6-night stay (tripadvisor classifies the hotel in the Shinagawa area. Technically, the location is called Oimachi大井町, one JR stop away from Shinagawa). The bathroom is the standard Japanese fabricated type, but it’s actually quite roomy compared to other...

Located above the Hankyu supermarket and 1min walk from JR Oimachi - this is a gem of a location to get around in Tokyo. There are many cafes and ramen shops around for early breakfast to late supper. There's another hidden gem - the "ofuro no Osama" spa facilities where hotel guests can enjoy at 400yen - 11 hotspring and...

Good, clean hotel that is located right across the street from Oimachi Station. There is a public onsen on the fourth floor and it costs 400 yen to enter, they also have the fish spa that eats the dead skin off of your feet for additional 500 yen! Room was spacious.

Recommended by a japanese friend since we always pick the wrong hotels in Tokyo. This is an amazing hotel. Service is top class. The staff don't really speak English but they will do their best to help with whatever requests you ask for. Room... huge especially for japanese standard. Clean and beautiful. The shower area is the biggest we've ever...

The room is small as you would expect in a city like Tokyo. But it is comfortable despite the small size. Location is accessible to the subway, shopping malls and food. There biggest selling point for me is the limousine bus to Haneda airport is just in front of the hotel. Service is polite and courteous although English is limited....

I stayed here for one night, just before back to Osaka. This is my second time here. I booked the twin room for my single use as I know the single room are pretty small. So, my twin room was very big and new. If you will come late than 10pm, it is better to let the staffs know (It...

Location is good as it is has a mall below with various cafes and shops. It is also near to town areas. HOWEVER, the single room is extremely small, even for Japan's standards. There is no bathtub too but rather a standing shower. Cleanliness and others really no complaints as this is Japan, but it really makes the word 'no-frills'...
