We stayed here as a school group with two teachers and were very pleased. The building is tired with fairly thin walls. The facilties are limited but every room has its own bathroom cubicle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions etc....More
convenient location for backpacker. 24 hours entrance. Nice staff. I get a hot coffee when I arrive in a cold night. So warm! The room is tiny which is common in tokyo.

Location is really great - situated just a few walks from commercial area where there are lots of place to eat, mall and market to shop while on the other side there's a 24 hour convenient store and a quiet area for a night walks....More
the reception very fluent in english, the room also very clean. i travelled with 4 of my friends so we rented 5 bed in 1 room with private bathroom.
the location also close to train station and walking distance to akihabara, ueno park.

Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa. Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit a variety of different museums and galleries. At Ameyoko which starts in front of Ueno station, the grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at the end of the year, when many people go on shopping
sprees. The town of Asakusa, developed around Sensoji temple, has many shops selling goods and clothing from old Japan, making it a great place for souvenir hunting. It's also known for various annual festivals, and the whole district gets involved with the huge Sanja Festival in May.
