The hotel opened on October 4, 2018. The Asakusa area—home to Hotel Gracery Asakusa—offers convenient access to Narita Airport(65min) and Haneda Airports(50min). The hotel itself is located about 3min on foot from Toei Asakusa station and 1 to 2 minutes on foot from Kaminarimon Gate. The Feature of the hotel is that the room has separate shower room and toilet. We also have concierge desk in the hall we provide the information that features several of Tokyo’s well-known sightseeing destinations for foreign travelers.

Lovely, clean hotel nestled in a quiet section of Asakusa. Short walk to Kaminarimon and subway. I highly recommend the superior room with bathtub, as bathrooms this large are hard to come by in Japan. The staff was incredibly nice and professional. They will also store your luggage for free if you are traveling around. There are coin operated washing machines. Stayed at this hotel twice during my first trip to Japan, and will definitely be staying again during my next trip.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Asakusa station and close to many of the attractions. The rooms are fine, of moderate size. The hotel has adapted well to the current situation. For breakfast we used the alcohol dispenser before entering the restaurant. Instead of buffet we were served with an amazing number of delicious courses. On the last morning we had to leave early so they had our food ready to eat at 6:30 so we could get away at 6:45. The front desk staff happily answered all our queries and gave us plans where to go to see the sites. They even rang the snow monkey park to check it was open for us. Our thanks to the hotel and staff. We'd certainly come back here.

Just got back from our stay with this hotel and i have to say that it is one of the best hotels that i’ve stayed in. The hotel itself is centrally located, simply within a few minutes walk from the metro stations, shops, restaurants/bars, and the Sensoji Temple, etc. There’s many tourist spots around the area as well that you could simply spend a day there already. The hotel gives you a perfect view of the Tokyo Skytree Tower (20mins walk away) from its rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable as the view, especially at night, was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are quite small but i think their double room/bed is more than enough for 2 people, as the space is well used. All the amenities that one would look for is provided in the rooms and the bath that they have in the bathroom is just perfect. I have to say that the staff were extremely polite, approachable, helpful and friendly. There’s really nothing that i didn’t like about this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay. Although i don’t think the hotel has a bar or restaurant, which would’ve been nice but it is understandable since it’s surrounded by a lot. I’ve stayed in quite a lot of hotels and i have to say that i will definitely stay with this hotel/chain again on my next visit to Japan.…

Me and my wife stayed 7 days on the hotel, the staff was very professional and patient. The hotel is placed near the Senso-ji temple and 3-4 minutes walk from metro station. I will defenitely recommend to choose Gracery hotel!

We just stayed for 2 nights as we needed to cut short our trip due to Corona Virus. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel, see Tokyo Skytree from afar. Should have stayed longer and definitely would enjoy more.

Stayed for 8 nights. Great hospitality from all the staff. Nice clean room and toilet. Room was a nice size for two of us. Great location. Hotel is walking distance from Asakusa station and Kaminarimon Gate Senso-ji. There's a lot of food choices and shopping place nearby the hotel. Will definitely return :)

The room in Hotel Gracery is excellent, with a large bathroom by Tokyo standards, and equipped with all the amenities one might need. Stone’s throw away from the metro stations, Kaminarimon and eateries. Staff are very friendly as well, and will always greet you with a smile and hello.
