We ended up here due to a Challenging reservation process and it was 2 am and Watanabe the Front desk gentleman was extremely helpful - 10 out of 10 The room Big for Japan and had a extremely comfortable king sized bed, and lots of space, The Breakfast was free with room and was fine, good coffee fresh food and service. I will Make this my hotel of choice in Tokyo from now on because of Excellent Service Good amenities- iron, hair needs, clean bright bathroom Comfortable bed and linens Quiet area very central to Metro line, Shinkansen, and a tonne of Shopping and amenities Enough room for large luggage on a longer term stay.

This hotel just one minute walk from Exit C6 (West exit) of Ikebukuro Station is conveniently located, and deserves a five star for its location. Not too bad a place to stay (and reasonably priced) if you don't mind the following. It does not have wifi in room, you can get them at hotel lobby, but it is not stable, sometimes I can't even log in to the wifi. You can connect your lap top in room as there is cable provided, but the speed is really quite slow. Room is reasonably clean but bed and chair seem old, the mattress and cushion are sinking. Other than that, breakfast is decent with 4 choices available and free flow of drinks. Bathroom is a bit bigger than the usual business hotel standard, with a bigger bathhub.

Cons It says that there's wifi, and there is, but only in the lobby. The lobby is a hallway with a check-in desk and two chairs. We were traveling internationally, so this was a major inconvenience. There are four breakfast options. What is shown in their picture options is much more than what they actually served us. For instance, one option shows half a fish with a few other things. When I chose this option, I received what amounted to about four bites of fish. The staff spoke very very limited English. To be fair, I don't speak Japanese. Pros They are close to the subway and plenty of stores and places to eat. It was clean and fairly quiet. If I went to Tokyo again, I would absolutely not stay here again.

From the get-go, I've been so displeased about this hotel. From key-locked windows to burnt lampshades,to dusty room and a horrible bed and a broken shower head to a non usable aircon at night. It's plain horrible!

One of the young guy from the front desk was very helpful that it's closed to New Year Eve and my husband got serious tooth pain, that he tried to find the dental clinic that still open and closed to the hotel so that my husband could have emergency fix first.

The staff was friendly but besides that it doesn't have much going for it. Location could be better. As well as room decor. Much better hotels in the area for a similar price. Just a basic no thrills hotel, it would be a great budget friendly hotel but its definitely not a 4 star. If a friend would ask me I would probably recommend another hotel for the price.

Larger rooms than most of the hotels i stayed in Japan. Very comfortable bed. And a complimentary drink is nice too. We ordered chicken teriyaki and it was really great!! Theres a lot of restaurants nearby too.

Spacious by Japanese standards, the rooms were clean nonetheless. Subway tunnel was just outside (so long as you remember your tunnel number, you'll have no trouble finding your way back). My only gripe would be the lack of a heater. If you're not used to winter, it's a freezing room as the walls are not insulated at all (earthquake-proof, non-concrete walls). While it's supposedly a 4-star, I think it's 3 at most. No buffet breakfast, just a basic set menu choice (Western/Japanese). But otherwise convenient location as all the restaurants and 7-11s are just around the corner. Plenty of affordable ramen shops all around.

I made reservation at discounted rate on their website without confirmation received. When sending email inquiry, there's no reply at all. I have been to Tokyo for few times, but first time chose to stay this hotel. The day I arrived was ranining, due to language barrier, they were not able to check my previous booking. Staff in reception was nice but English standard was poor. Finally, they still offered me a nice room with online discounted rate. Room was nice, at least spacious when comparing w/ other hotel rooms in Tokyo. Price was reasonable, stylish room (but tiny washroom) and breakfast was excellent. Location is accessable, just walk along the tunnel in train station. There's convenience store near the station exit and open til 10 sth, you can grab some food or snack b4 back to the hotel.
