The room is exceptionally large compared to other hotel room we have stayed with even higher prices. We were 3 person with 3 beds in the room and it still has very comfortable space to move around. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is clean. There's a mini living room with a sofa and a coffee table where we... More

Room is decent size compare to typical small room in Tokyo. Clean and good bathroom amenities. Good location with direct connect to Metro and just few walk to JR, and not hard to find local food around. Hotel breakfast need lot of improvement.

There are three stations very close by walking distance. The Hotel was good with clean rooms. Staff were polite but did not understand English very well. There was a store near the back side which sold a lot of things to eat. Went shopping in the night to a 24 hours open shop which had a sale for jeans, t-shirts,... More

Very nice hotel, reception staff were very accommodating. Spoke both Japanese and English. The room was very clean and tidy. Not the best location. There is a train station next to the hotel but depending which line you're going on can depend on how long it takes to get to the entrance and platform. There's not a whole lot of... More

What can i say, a decent hotel. Value for money and well located in shabu dining area and near to station. Beds are comfortable and there is an onsite coin laundry. Wireless wasn't working in the room. Staff have poor english skills but nothing a dictionary won't overcome.

Quick check-in & express check-out. Spacious, clean & warm hospitality. Stayed at the 22nd floor with an amazing view & a clear sight of the mountains. Price was definitely affordable. Right next to the hotel is the train stop. There is a soba resto very near the hotel, which is right beside the 7-11. Oishi !!

We stayed here 1 night when we arrived in Tokyo. We stayed here so it was easier to explore Asakusa, Odaiba, and Akihabara. The room is definitely bigger than the average room in Tokyo. The bed was hard, but the room had a great view of Tokyo SkyTree. It's a few minutes walk to the closest train station. You may... More

Hotel in Japan tends to be very small. This hotel is consider acceptable as we have 3 guests in a room. Space is well appreciated especially in the toilet. Communication is quite a barrier for those who do not know Japanese. The staffs are not very friendly. My friend lost his wallet on our day 1 to Japan and wanted... More

We were travelling as family and the rooms provided for 2A2C has 2 super single plus 1 additional single bed, quite big which is a far cry from Hong Kong's hotel's family rooms. Learn to use the AC system or just don't turn it on in winter or it'll be very hot room. Open the air vent near the windows... More
