Really close to Shinjuku Station and express highway bus terminal. You can find many restaurants around that area and many kinds of stores too. The service in hotel is very good and I recommend have at least one dinner at Hatago restaurant, in B1F of the hotel. Well, for sure a very recommended hotel

We stayed at the Kadoya for 5 night whilst in Shinjuku. The rooms were modest, but you did have everything you needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, plus it was a 5 minute walk to the train station. A great spot!

It is convenient and easy to find the hotel from the station. Also, it is closed to the bus stop in 新宿. The people at the front dest is so nice and friendly to treat guests. The bed is not that small as other hotels in Tokyo. I believe I will stay it next time.

Arriving from the airport in a shuttle bus, during a snow day...the term convenient location was "reviewed". The hotel passed this test. other than that, like the Japanese vending machines, everything is working. There is a bank around the corner, which can "saved the day" if you , as i did, need to exchange money. I didn't check the breakfast,...

I just stayed in Tokyo for a night so I just needed a hotel which is near a pick-up spot of a shuttle bus by which I would go to a ski resort. The location is exactly where I want. only a few minutes walk from Keio Plaza Hotel. The room is very small but very clean. If you just...

Small but comfortable room, well located for restaurants, night life and tours. Walking distance to station which has access to all of Tokyo. Bathroom was also quite small. Most tours pick up from hotel just around the corner.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
