Stayed here for 5 nights! Thoroughly enjoyed my whole stay here. Stumbled on this hotel cos I realized that it has a pretty high rating, ratings which are usually reserved for higher end hotel. I got curious and I hv no regrets on my choice. Great location. Smacked Between 2 24 hours convenience stores , opposite to a plaza that...

Stayed with my 2 teens in a 3 bed room for 5 nights and it was great! Staff welcoming and pleasant, and they have the kids some welcome sweets on arrival. Family room was big enough (large for Tokyo) and was clean/had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Free wifi was fast, and breakfast had Japanese & Western options...

This hotel was awesome! I traveled to Japan with my teenager who is totally into anime. We found this hotel by lucky accident- someone must have cancelled late, and booked it. The price was good. The room was a little small, but not horrible considering it's Tokyo. They made the bed high enough to stow the luggage under it.The bathtub...

We don't usually stay in 3 star hotels but this was all I could find having booked flights 2 days before. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were lovely and super helpful. They also speak good English. We were given snacks and amenity packs on arrival. Rooms were lovely and clean but small as per usual Tokyo hotels. Subways are...

The hotel is very close to the metro (nishi shinjuku) which is only 1 minute walking distance, and that metro is actually already in the center of the city. I can easily walk to shinjuku too. I have been to Tokyo few times and honestly for standard 4 stars hotel, the room is pretty big and the receptionist was really...

Hotel was very close to a convenient metro station in Shinjuku. Quiet area but walkable to the restaurant/shopping area. Hotel is clean with 90's decor. Rooms were cozy with everything you need. Small gifts were given to us on arrival. Staff were super nice!

A family of 4 of us ( 2 adults and 2 children below 12 years old), we need a room with a least 3 beds + a sofa bed and space for luggages. I was happy that I found this hotel through tripadvisor , and the price is much more better than those hotels very near Shinjuku Station or Tokyo...

Tokyo hotels are expensive and the rooms are small. But this seemed better value than most and was very near to a metro station (which had a good bakery) and a 711 shop. The reception area was always full of people for some reason! It was easy walking distance to the Hilton where you can get the airport bus which...

Great hotel. Very central location with nishi shinjuku station only moments away. Short walk to Shinjuku nightlife. Rooms smallish but very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Didn't eat at restraunt so can't rate food. No DIY laundry which was a hassle with 3 teenagers in tow.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
