We had one of the best twin rooms in Tokyo! Our experience from other hotels was that rooms are small and twin rooms cramped so it was a must to read other guest reviews saying how nice the twin rooms were. They lived up to all our expectations. The other rooms were "Tokyo sized" but a lot more generous than...

this is a great place to base yourself in Tokyo, Shinjuku is the best district in my opinion and this hotel is within walking distance of all the entertainment and sights. Hotel is right next to the subway so easy access around the rest of the city. Clean and tidy rooms with friendly staff, I could not fault this place.

This hotel is a good location, easy to find food, minimart. Wifi also good.. Near train station. This hotel also good in cleaning. Staff Front desk also helpful. Staying 4 days without something make me disappointed. Price also affordable.

Very convenient as airport bus ends at this hotel. Rooms are however small but ideal location for shopping, restaurant and travel on underground and inter city trains. Staff speaks English and quite helpful. Good hotel for short visit to Tokyo !

Hotel is centrally located and not too far from the bustle of Shinjuku JR station. It is close to major sushi bars and restaurants nearby (even a McDonalds). There is also a Krispy Kream and Starbucks nearby. The hotel room we had was modern but small (both room and bathroom) by Western standards. However the rooms were clean and the...

No frills hotel, convenient location opposite family mart, beside train station. If you want to stay at the heart of Tokyo, this will be perfect place to start your travels. Don't get confused with the Nishi Shinjuku branch.

I had single room 1031, it was really small. My big luggage had to be partial on the bed to be opened fully. Room wifi is horrible! U can hardly log on to it. Even if u do, don't be too happy just yet. Because the line drops frequently and then you will have to spend hours trying to get...

Stayed here a number of times before and come back pretty much every year due to the location, just minutes from Shinjuku station and the great service. Always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small but they are everywhere in Tokyo. They are always clean, offers English language TV channel (CNN) and are secure and quiet. I got a standard...

My partner and I stayed at this place for three nights. The location is great - just minutes walk from JR Shinjuku station and close to the shops, and restaurants. The rooms was what you would expect from a business hotel - clean and neat. Overall, a good place to stay

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
