Great hotel located in Shibuya, a few minutes walk from all the action of Tokyo's loved shopping district. Rooms are large (a rarity in Tokyo) and the views are amazing..... stretching across the shopping district to seeing Tokyo Tower in the distance. There is also a pool and a gym on site. Reception and foyer is grand and staff are...

Hotel is very central to everything and access via the train system is great. I think it would be very hard to find more professional staff anywhere. They were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was incredibly helpful and very patient. He assisted us no matter what we wanted. I look forward to returning here again in the future.

Really nice hotel, friendly, efficient staff and our room had amazing views of Tokyo. Really good location for visiting Tokyo. Hotel was clean, rooms were a good size and well furnished. Useful 7-11 downstairs too for those times when you dont want to spend too much money on room service. Very close to the train station and walking distance to...

This hotel is probably one of the lousy 5 stars hotel I ever stayed. We stayed in this hotel in January this year. Thinking that we could enjoy being a 5 stars hotel guest, turned out everything cost. Below are the few things that I could not imagine I would be charged. 1. Breakfast every morning in the hotel restaurant....

We stayed at the hotel during the holidays until the New Year, for a week. All the personnel are very polite and courteous, which is a common trait in Japan. I would recommend staying here if you want to truly feel the vacation mode. It's worth it even though it comes with a price. I will definitely go back here....

If you want to stay in Shibuya area, this is the best option. But price is a little bit high and facilities need renovation for it's 15 years after opening. If you are lucky you can see Fuji mountain from your room.

I order room service, like, A LOT. This hotel knocked it out of the park as far as food for room service goes. I go to many hotels and this one had some of the best food I have ever had. They have many restaurants on premise; however they seem to require reservations - we weren't able to walk into...

Stayed at the hotel for four nights. Good location, 3 minutes walk to Shibuya station (Tokyu department store, Mark City 109 men...) Smoking room was large with good view from room at high floor and even spotted Mount Fuji on the second day when the sky was really clear. Must go to the 40th floor bar and enjoyed the skyline...

Cerulean Tower Hotel is a smart, stylish, well located, and comfortable hotel. The Shibuya location is great for getting around the city either via taxi or metro. 5 min walk to the famed Shibuya crossing. 15 min taxi to Shinjuku and 10 min to Harajuku, rush hour not withstanding. Excellent location with Tokyo hot spots right near the hotel. We...

Lovely view, room, bed, bathroom etc but only a few floors get the swimming pool for free...we are staying 6 nights and it would cost Y2100 per person per day to use. (20 metres indoor) Needless to say we didn't bother and were disappointed as this isn't a cheap place to stay.

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
