The rooms were your average hotel rooms. They were nice and clean, but honestly I preferred the rooms in the Yokota Navy lodge because they had kitchenettes and a living room the beds were comfortable enough but the views left something to be desired. The restaurants were all pretty good, standard government fare in the Emporium, a little like a...

We stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving and to visit Disneyland. While geographically distanced from Disney, it was a great hotel to get around to the other sites in Tokyo. The rooms were a nice size and cozy. They provided a crib for our son to sleep in as well. We really enjoyed the Thanksgiving Dinner and the Sunday Brunch....

Our entire experience was great from the time we made reservations until we left. The staff worked with us to get rooms when we wanted them,, gave great advice for transportation and sightseeing, held our luggage while we toured Japan, upgraded us when we came back, answered many questions, all with patience and good humor. The rooms were very nice...

The prices at the New Sanno were very reasonable. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect and the hotel has a nice selection of restaurants to choose from. There are also several restaurants very close to the hotel if you want to dine away. The subway is close enough for those wanting to venture out and fairly easy...

The biggest draw for the New Sanno is the price. Very cheap for Tokyo. The rooms themselves definitely have a budget feel though, with metal doors and a bathroom that reminded me of a trailer bathroom. However, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is great and the restaurants within the hotel are very nice as well. It's...

It was nice to have a little slice of home traveling with 3 kids. Sometimes after being out all day they just wanted a piece of pizza! Front desk staff was excellent, very helpful. Concierge desk very useful as well, able to give good directions and recommendations. The hotel is a relatively quick 10 minute walk to the nearest subway...

Located near Raponggi's main shopping district and when the sun goes down the night life takes over the streets. Taxi's are frequent for exploring the city and the metro station is close for those brave enough to tackle the train system. The hotel is all western style, the food, the rooms and everything is in dollars. The pool is small...

My friends and I were lucky enough to be sponsored at this delightful hotel. While the hotel is luxurious, the price is only about $70 per night, give or take. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, U.S. currency is accepted, U.S. post office service is available, and the hotel has an ATM, which compared to other ATMs in Tokyo, is more...

It's a great spot if you can get a room. Parking is welcome if it isn't full and it's first come first served. The bar is great and has some great restaurants that have wonderful prices for the area it's in. A must stay before you leave Japan. Also only a ¥1500 cab ride from the heart of roppongi hills.
