My wife and I had a wonderful 4 day stay. Staff very friendly and courteous. Excelent restaurants to be found in the adjoining mall. Barbacoa and L'Atelier were excelent. Ropongi Hills well located to reach nearby Shibuya.

Great hotel, amazing shopping (but high end), good local restaurants and great location to explore Tokyo. Subway just 2 mins away and easy to travel all over. Hotel pool is fantastic and staff are so helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and great views from the higher floor, and Club ounce if you can 😎

We stayed here for 4 nights in March and were sorely disappointed with the service. Rooms - decent, clean, business friendly. Lobby - stunning decor Concierge - the absolute worst service I've ever encountered prob on par with a motel somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Had issues with my mobile, concierge was vague and unhelpful. Needed prompting to bring...

Exceeded my expatations , staff were very polite and helpful despite the language barrier. Very good choice on restaurants in the hotel and in the vicinity. Easy access to the subway station. Walking distance to most shopping areas.

I expect much higher value of service from Hyatt for the high room rate. No bathroom floor mat on the day of check in is totally unacceptable. There is no service or real benefit for being a Gold member of Hyatt.

Situated in the middle of Roppongi, the Grant Hyatt offers large and comfortable rooms which have every thing needed. The hotel is integrated in a shopping mall with many restaurants and bars. The metro is only a couple minutes away and in the vicinity there many nice places to eat and shop. The staff is very friendly and arranges everything.

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. The hotel was within walking distance to JR station and other dining and shopping areas. A bit expensive but definitely worth the stay. Would be nice if breakfast is provided
