Just a change in the name, but same quality and service. 1. Top location, right in front of the Tokyo Bay and Rainbow bridge, accessible directly from the subway and with a good mall (Aqua City) at 5 minutes walking, with almost 50 places for dinner, Japanese and international. 2. Rooms much bigger than Japanese standard. 3. First class buffet... More

We were in Tokyo for business at the convention center Big Sight. The Grand Nikko is only a couple tram stops away. Also the shuttle bus from Narita airport that stops at the Grand Nikko. The staff are very friendly and always want to be helpful. When we booked our room we did take the room on a higher floor... More

Great location if approaching from Haneda airport. Limousine bus brings you straight to the hotel in ca. 30 mins. Great bars and restaurants. Highly courteous and professional staff willing to rectify any small problem or assist with any request. Right next to an underground station so access to downtown Tokyo is a given. Popular with families going to Disney too.... More

Luxurious family room with 4 beds in a room. Great for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Nice tub for children to play water. Good shower area with wonderful water pressure. Children loved the chandelier in the room. Disappointed with the lack of cartoon channels for TV shows. Staff is very friendly but make sure ask several staff just... More

Daiba is a new area for Tokyo so although a bit away from the center, it is easily accessible and a great spot to discover the science museum and the river side. The hotel is beautiful, bed very comfortable. A western type of room with comfort and much bigger than downtown hotels. Breakfast was a bit disappointing in terms of... More

Have stayed here serveral times, and while under different management virtually nothing has changed. Nothing wrong about hotel, though breakfast is often so busy you'll wait 5-15 mins before you can get a table. Plenty of mall shopping and chain-type dining nearby, I wouldn't staying here on my own due to Daiba's less-than-convenient-location if my Company didn't use this's as... More

Room had a fantastic view and was very spacious. Location is good - close enough to get to the CBD but not too close. Plenty of shopping malls and local restaurants - just venture outside the hotel into local areas for something a bit cheaper.

Location is good. Located around a few malls. Right in front of Daiba station and few stops away to Shimbashi where we can access to the subway. Can be very crowded with events on weekend. Nice view from the hotel overseeing the rainbow bridge. It would be even better if most of the staff in the hotel knows how to... More

Stayed at Grand Nikko Daiba the last day of our Tokyo trip. We chose this hotel and the location because its near to the airport. The hotel has just refurbished not too long ago. It used to be Grand Le Daiba hotel. The lobby is tastefully decorated. The room and bathroom is huge in Tokyo standard. The housekeeping team has... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
