Stayed a few nights while in Tokyo. Hotel is ok. Decent breakfast and service was good. Rooms are a bit bland with pretty small bathrooms. Nothing wrong with them, just felt a bit like a mid-range Marriott in the US.
This was our first stop on our honeymoon trip and we can not recommend this hotel enough.

Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much
older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
The String and the Tokyo Bay Hotels areto far away from the bar and food area, Ginza an the Emperor palace by food. Maybe you can take the subway. Therefore I have recommended the Intercontinental in Roppongi👍
