I am rather pleased with the cleanliness and well maintenance of hotel rooms. The location is near Daimon train station and near to Haneda Airport. Was there for business and we book the meeting room in hotel. Just feel they could do more. Such as 1) Refuse us to enter the room before 8.30am. Obviously no one is using the...

I stayed with my family at this hotel for 4 days. Nice location close to the subway and JR line. Quiet at night but with plenty of restaurants to eat around. The hotel room was cleaned. The only minus was when we asked the reception to book us two taxis for the following day. The lady we spoke to didn't...

Staid here for a couple of nights during a meeting I had in Tokyo. It's very simple and small, but if you need to be in the area I think it's quite ok. It's very clean, safe and reasonably priced (let's say super good value). There is no breakfast, but a Starbucks next doors. If your looking for all the...

This place is in the centre of the City, near Tokyo Tower. Service is good in the hotel. Star Bucks and restraurants is close to this hotel. Rooms are clean and good. There is a famous Buddha temple and park near the hotel on the way to Tokyo Tower.

It was my second stay in Hotel Comsoleil Shiba Tokyo in less than a year. I still love this hotel for its convenient location near Daimon Metro and Hamamatsucho Station - great if your outbound/inbound location is Haneda Airport. We stayed here for 8 nights from 20/03/16 - arrived in Narita Airport at around 0730hrs and in time to board...

I was pleasantly surprised as I somehow was not expecting much from the photos taken by travellers, but the room is definitely very comfortable and clean. And the location is great with the Tokyo tower view from the street and close to two subway stations. It was also easy for me to get to Roppongi on the west and travel...

We stayed here for a night on a Valentines's Day trip to Tokyo for a meal. Hotel Consoleil is about 6-7 mins walk from Hamamatsucho station on the JR Yamanote line, and also the monorail to Haneda airport. From the North exit, take the left-hand side of the exit. You should be facing towards Tokyo Tower. The hotel is a...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Enjoyed it very much. Small tidy room, within close proximity of Tokyo tower. Laundry services at a very reasonable price are available!! Metro is not far away either and really easy to get to. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay here very much :)

Stayed for 11nites with our 5y old. The room is very small, bathroom with bathtub, small safe deposit box, small fridge, tv with no english channels and dehumidifier. We like the location (quiet residential area), near to tokyo tower and 2 stations, daimon and hamamatsucho-both 5-7mins walk. Mc Donald's, yoshinoya, mos burger, starbucks and few more eateries along the way...

We were very pleased with our stay the Hotel Comsoleil. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and nice. The rate was reasonable. And the location is a 10 minute walk from the Hamamatsucho subway/ train station. This boutique hotel was a great way to start our vacation in Japan.

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
