Travelled as a family but very cramped room, not enough space for children to move around, and no wardrobe or cupboards! Had to leave our suitcase with reception for a few days. Also, although it was summer, the fan didn't really work well- it quickly becomes freezing in the room and is very noisy when trying to sleep at night....

We visited Tokyo for the first time and extended our stay here. They are so polite, quick, and informative. Though not too spacious but it is convenient to stay in. Easy to reach from the bus station and Disneyland. I would stay there again if I had given chances to go to Japan in future time.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I encountered in Japan. The rooms are incredibly cramped (but not surprising in Japan), old and moldy. The mold and the peeling walls were what really got to me. This hotel is really due for some renovations. Accessibility is ok....it's quite a walk from the train station from Tokyo if you have no...

A good place to put your head down after visiting Disney. Buses, trains and taxis make it easy to get to Disney. there is not much around the hotel, however a few supermarkets are worth a look at just for the experience Rooms are small, Internet only strong on the ground floor, beer vending machine is handy

The hotel is situated 1 JR Station away from the Disneyparks- Disneyland & Disneysea The key cities in Tokyo can be easily access by JR train Station to Tokyo Station where you can connect to major tourist's spots.

At the time I booked this accommodation, it had ok reviews. Given we were just using it as a base for Disney and didn't want to pay the high prices of the Disney hotels, we thought it would be fine. It wasn't. I had to wear a face mask the whole time just to stop coughing from the mould smell....

No room for luggage in a family room. In fact no room to swing a cat! No room to hang any clothes. Old scungy bathroom with atrocious odour. Ran out of bread for breakfast. Old and unpleasant from the outside. Certainly not value for money. Never again!!

Really enjoyed my time here. We used it as a base for Disney, as it's the cheapest hotel and only 2 stops on the bus. Perfect. The hotel rooms themselves are a little dated, but who cares for the price you are going to be at the parks most of the day anyway. The reception team are brilliant, helping us...

It's located around 5-10 minutes by bus to Disneyland. However it's quite far from the train station, 10 minutes walking. They give free breakfast, and it was not just an average breakfast, it was great. The room was small and looks old.
