The hotel is good, although the rooms are small. But we were baiting the city all day anyway so we didn't need any more space. The staff did not speak English and didn't want to help us to call to a hotel we wanted to stay in Hiroshima. The breakfast was horrible.

This is located in Central Tokyo close to Tokyo Station, so couldn't be much better located. In Tokyo everything is varying degrees of small and expensive, but this hotel provided good value for money. Good, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast was good. Nothing amazing, but good value hotel. Perfect for a short stop over in Tokyo without breaking the budget.

This hotel has a very convenient location. Right at the centre of Tokyo, it is close to various tourist hotspots such as the Tsukiji Market, the Palace, and Tokyo Station. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby. We stayed here for two nights in a twin room. We also rented a car and it is easy to find parking...

The rooms here although being small, are very neat and tidy and kept in good order. The bed is more than big enough even for me (6'6''), and the shower is the same size as others I've been to elsewhere. The decor on the room floors could be said to be dated, but that inside the rooms is clean and...

We love the Hotel's location. Just around 5 min away from subway. There are 2-3 convenience store nearby, you can get everything you need there. Breakfast is included in the hotel- of course, very simple buffet. The room is comfy and clean. If you are not spending too much time in the hotel (I guess most tourists spent long time...

Great hotel and brilliant location - super close to everything we needed and the train station to get into the heart of the city! This was our first time visit to Japan and was made to feel very welcome!

My family has stayed multiple times at the Villa Fontaine Shidome location. When that was full this trip, we opted for the Kayabacho location. Boy were we disappointed. 1. Breakfast is terrible, a real let down considering the simple but high-quality breakfast at Shiodome. Kayabacho's baked goods were stale and unappetizing. 2. No ice machines on the room floors. This...

Stayed one night here, and it's located about a 20 min walk from Tokyo station. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were on the small side, but that is to be expected in a city like Tokyo. The bathroom had a pretty low ceiling as well. But the shower was great and powerful. Had a...

Pros: - Location, near to Kayabacho station, minimarts and cafes (walking distance) - Clean towels and toiletries provided daily (even when you didn’t request for ‘make up room’ service) at your door. - Breakfast included - Free WiFi, rather fast - Refrigerator provided - Toiletries: toothbrushes with toothpaste, sponge, bath fizz, razor, and soap, shampoo and et cetera. Pretty much...
