Rooms are large, tastefully appointed, cannot ask for more for amenities. Great Chinese and French restaurants. Lots of selection in the room service menu. Service is excellent. Comes with a price though!! Changing lifts to go up to the room is real pain though.
This is probably the beset Mandarin in the group, run to Japanese standards of cleanliness &service. The overall design of the hotel is fantastic and there's a real atmosphere in the bars and restaurants.
