The hotel is located in Ginza, which is superb neighborhood. Rooms are small, as in most hotels in Tokyo. If you do not want to pay for breakfast the ¥ 1800 per per person/day, there is a starbucks just 1 block away or a cafe just around the corner. Very close to shops, transport, restaurants, metro station, bus and train...

Stayed for three nights. Took 15 minutes to walk from Tokyo Station to hotel. If you do not want to eat at the hotel for breakfast, there is a Macdonald downstairs. Great location with lots of shopping and food joints.

This hotel is very well situated for exploring the Ginza area; very close to shops, transport and other activities. However, the quality of the room we had was very poor for this chain of hotels which usually provide accommodation of a higher standard. Whilst the corridors were clean and being pumped with scented air, the room itself was small, hot...

Stayed at the Mercure Ginza for 7 nights in February 2017. This hotel is perfect as a base for a sight seeing holiday in Tokyo. Spotlessly clean and well located in Ginza. Attached to a subway station and only a short walk to Yurakucho station on the yamonote line. Rooms aren't huge but perfectly fine for two people. Would have...

I stayed at the Mercure Ginza for one night as a LeClub Gold while transiting in Tokyo. I reached out to the property beforehand and was notified that renovations have yet to begin. My wife and I stayed here during a visit to Tokyo last month. I kept hearing about tight hotel rooms in the city unless you paid the big bucks, so I was concerned. This hotel was just fantastic. Very easy to find if you're walking, as we were, from Tokyo Station after taking the NEX from Narita. About a 10...

The staff made us feel very welcome. They helped us with everything required to make our stay relaxed and natural. The location of the hotel was excellent; close to transport, restaurants and really cool cafes. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant within the hotel provided first class French cuisine; extremely enjoyable environment.
