We booked this hotel late, so was a bit less central than we wanted in Ginza. We chose Ginza because of the proximity to the main Tokyo rail station.
The hotel was on the bottom end of the Ginza grid, but it turned out to...More
OK, in Japan, I am used to small rooms. This also had a small room.but paying 200 usd per night and staying at such a smelly hotel is not acceptable.
Definetly you can find another one with better standards
Location handy to subway and station. Great breakfast, comfy rooms and bathrooms, good wifi access. Good eats and conbinis nearby. Short walk to good general shopping. Staff were very friendly. Be sure to get breakfast vouchers the day before going to breakfast or you pay...More

Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular

We took the train to NRT which is very convenient from this hotel. Bus services are usually available to major hotels which are on the pick up route of shuttles to NRT -not sure whether this hotel is one of them.
