I stayed at the Ginza Grand Hotel for 3 nights when travelling for work reasons. The location of the hotel is great, in the Ginza district, close to shopping and public transportation. The hotel entrance looks nice from the outside. Unfortunately, it stops there. Once you cross the door, everything seems old, small, and unimpressive. The reception is actually on...

Very convinently located for business travel. Rooms small/old and facilities outdated. TV small and does not provide foreign channels. Breakfast not included. Not good value for money esp. for vacation.

We are a family of twelve and we were booked online to stay in this hotel for 3 days (i.e. two per room). First impression of this hotel is that it is just an average hotel and rooms were small (Tokyo standards) and bathrooms too. Though it was very clean and well managed, we had a good nights rest. The...

This hotel was two blocks from the Ginza Train station and Ginza shopping area. The hotel was in a not so nice commercial area. The hotel was small with the first few floors containing businesses and restaurants. The rooms were tiny and the beds left no room to walk around. I would call it a basic shower and sleep room...

Booked this place on the interweb for our first night in Japan. I felt ripped off. What a dump. About the standard of a cheap, rundown highway motel. Not only was it very expensive but it was tiny, tired, dirty and stinky. For a non smoker I couldn't stand it. Had to open the door and window to make it...

Average hotel. Cheap but you get what you pay for. We stayed in a double non smoking room. Room was tiny, no storage space or walking space for that matter. Toilet was quite dated and small too. The walls on the room and on the reception area were filthy, stains everywhere. You would think they would care a bit more...

This is not a bad hotel. Good location, very tidy. Service was okay. But the room was the smallest I ever seen. You get what you pay for. I'm now just coming up with letters that TripAdvisor insist I do!

I stayed in Ginza Grand Hotel for one night. It was a good choice due to its good location. the room was small but enough for just one night. The staff was nice too. I booked the wrong date by mistake which was nonrefundable and they agreed to change my booking for free. Thank you

Travelled with a Canadian couple. I have been to Taiwan and Bangkok, so know that you can be in for some fun when it comes to the size. ONCE you get past your initial shock at the tiny size, you will be fine. Great neighborhood - felt safe at all times. Hotel staff are helpful (umbrella, change currency, baseball schedule...)...

Nice little hotel in Ginza, the rooms are quite small and compact but comfy and there is a great place to eat the best chicken across the road at hooters which we went to most nights! Make sure you take the hotel card with the address on as taxi drivers dont understand a word of English and was trouble to...
