Hotel is in super location close to shopping area and the fish market is few minutes away. The team is suoer helpful, concierge excellent. Hotel is super clean and the facilites are ok. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay. The facilities of the hotel need to be updated a bit.

I chose this hotel as part of my itinerary last July due to its central location where all places of interest are blocks away. Be a first timer or regular visitor of Tokyo, this is a complete package for all your needs. Staff are tremendously polite and help you direct to all your inquiries. Not to mention the hotel is... We always book american products in foreign countries because typically you know what you are going to get. This hotel was an unexpected bonus. The rooms are big for a major city especially downtown. The star could not be more friendly. The location is perfect for working in downtown Tokyo. Top all that of with a breakfast buffet that is... More

I spent few days while I was In Tokyo, This was my base place to visit the city. The welcome I had on my first arrival was so impressive that it amased me : the bellman welcomed me by my name while I was very late (got lost in the tube) and they might not expected me anymore. I remember... More

Hotel interior is modern design and room is quite comfortable although the room's size is quite small. The best of this hotel is the location that is just 5 minutes walk to ginza road, the premium shooping area in Tokyo. Another plus point of this hotel is that u don't need to worry to go to the airport since the... More

Very central location. Great service by the front desk staff who patiently answered our questions on where is this & that ; and gave a great recommendation for tempura restaurant (Tenkuni, go for the counter seats for best food & experience) and walking distance to Ippudo noodles. Good & clear maps of Ginza and other districts. Room is spacious &... More

This Courtyard by Marriott Hotel is a nice, mid-size hotel in a very convenient location about one block (5 minute walk) to the main Ginza shopping area. It's close to the Higashi-Ginza subway station and if you need to get to the JR station, it was about a 10-15 minute walk, if I recollect properly. You can also get to... More

Nice hotel in the centre of Tokyo, with reasonable transport links. Comfortable bed, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, safe, electronic toilet. Internet access was extra which was disappointing for hotels these days. Hotel rooms see to be fully booked up early at weekends.

Our family of 4 (two adults and two teens) all thought the hotel was clean, attractive, and well located (easy walks to both the Ginza and Higashi-Ginza stations). The morning breakfast buffet has ample Western selections, including excellent baked goods. We especially appreciated the English-language flyers at the concierge desk describing major attractions in the Tokyo area with specific detailed... More

The hotel is well located for easy access to the tubes/trains. Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Very good breakfast buffet catering for everyone. Staff were very helpful providing us with maps so we could navigate Tokyo easily. Good bar with a range of cocktails, just what you want when you are on holiday!
