We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was included and was good, exact same each day however. Rooms were on the small side but typical for Japan and were to be expected. It's handy to the metro but with many exits it can be hard to figure out, perhaps something on the hotel website about exiting would help. Staff were friendly... More

I was a business traveller and stayed in a single non-smoking room on the 5th floor, between 1 to 4 Feb 2016. Lobby: There was plenty of seating at the lobby, and guests can serve themselves free hot drinks (from a machine) and hotel amenities. Registration and check-in was quick; hotel staff needed us to fill in a form and... More

Room is small as other business hotels in Tokyo, facilities are old but well maintained. The best part is professional staff. Good location. Breakfast included in the room rate is a plus!

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at Nishitetsu Inn Nihonbashi, Comfortable bedding, Fairly sized room, Mixed western and japanese breakfast with lovely pastry. Their Staff was super helpful who helped to measure the weight of my luggage in the middle of mid night. Located in the middle of Tokyo, Lots of cheap fast food store around Ningyocho, Easy subway... Tiny room with crappy airco, they would not help us book a restaurant, breakfast was terrible (think hostel-level bad, overcrowded too). Cheap and in a nice area (metro, plenty of restaurants) at least.

My sister and I got a room for two through Agoda. Check in and check out were hassle-free. The room was small but being Asians who are on the not-too tall side and did not have too many big luggage, we did not find that to be a problem. The bed is wider than a regular twin but narrower than... More

The pluses: The service. Reception desk people are willing to help either to find your way, book a restaurant, or give you some useful information. The free tea and coffee machine in the lobby. The black point: The wifi! Connexion is very poor, even imaginary in the room. Breakfast could be a bit more diversified for occidental people.

Nice and comfortable room. The room is small but the little hallway provide space for our luggage. Hightech toilet as expected on every Japanese Hotel and Shiseido shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided is good. Foot massager is provided which is very helpful. 3 minutes walk to Ningyocho Station and few nearby affordable 24hr dining places. Staff can speak simple... More

The hotel is pretty basic, very small rooms, good prices. Good position, 5 minutes walk far from Tokyo metro.Take care that most rooms have French beds (semidouble size), so depending on how big you or your companion are, could become a real problem. Basic even the breakfast. Clean rooms and common spaces, personnel very kind even if english comprehension sometimes... More

This hotel was perfect for our needs when visiting Tokyo. It is located within walking distance of Tokyo Station and many sights. There are some good eating places nearby. The rooms are small but adequate, with a small bathroom. They are clean and the staff at the front desk are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included.
