Room and stay were comfortable. Breakfast was not included but there was an option to purchase it from cafe that is associated to hotel and is opened to the hotel guests from 6:30 AM (for other visitors it opens its doors at 8 AM). Keeping in mind that there are many cafes around, I initially did not use it, but found that its service (costwise) is competitive and for early birds as me unique. WiFI is available but unstable.

We stayed for a week at this pleasant chain hotel surrounded. It is surrounded by 2 minimarts, plenty of eateries and bookshops. Staff were courteous and helpful. Amenities are available at the hotel lobby and room was clean. Close proximity to 2 subway stations.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, good location close to several subway stations and good places to eat. Friendly staff and the room is a nice size and clean. I would stay there again, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to book this hotel on my way back of my trip to japan

It is conveniently located between 2 subway station, Jimbocho station and Ochanomizu station. There are also a lot of restaurants, cafes, bookstores and convenient stores around the area. Hotel has a bath tub and you may use the complimentary bath powder which you can take it at the lobby. There is also a laundry room and vending machine at level 2. Room is a little small but clean :) Will definitely be my choice again :)

In our SOTETSU hotel group, we all have self service coin laundry room, vending machine, microwave, ice cube dispenser, and many interesting amenities. We would also recommend our hotel groups are now in Tokyo area, Yokohama (Kanagawa pref), Kyoto, Osaka, soon in Kobe (15th May), Nagano, Hiroshima, and Hokkaido (some as Sunroute group). Good value for the price. Small but typically clean and compact room with everything you need (not spacious but well- designed). Lovely helpful polite staff. Area full of bookshops, guitar shops, universities, eateries, and easily walkable to train station, subways, Imperial palace etc. Our first accommodation in Japan and more than acceptable!
