Booked a room two weeks ago only for it to be cancelled yesterday. Apparently the receptionist over booked. I wouldn't risk such an unreliable hotel. Hopefully this hotel will stop being advertised in other countries.
Great location : just a few minutes walk from either Kanda JR and Metro train stations. Kanda is one of the stations where connects to many train lines. Also surrounded by many restaurants and night life places. Rooms : small room as you can expect for Tokyo but amazingly has everything you need such as hair dryer, cloth racks, slippers and heater. Can get some noises from the trains since the hotel is very close to the tracks. WiFi : strong signal and fast Staff : Not much to talk about since we only contacted them during check-in.
We stayed at this hotel at both the beginning and end of our trip for a total of five nights. Its close to transportation, the Tokyo Metro, and is nearby some decent restaurants. While the rooms are small, they're efficient, very clean, and quiet. If you can, request a corner room which is slightly bigger.
Rooms are a little small but that’s expected for Tokyo. price was not on the high end and the hotel could use some freshening up. Area is good and acceptable food around the area. Would come back here when I’m back in the region.
Nice and cosy rooms. Well equipped, location close to Akhibara and the palace. 150 m from Metro connectivity. Great sports shops around incl Mizuno and other golf ones. Good and plenty of eating joints around. Very safe place for family or single stay.
It is cheaper compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The bed was so soft, but the pillows are small and flat. The bathroom is small, but still has a tub. The staffs were very friendly and lent us their umbrella so we can go out.
As we all know, price of accommodations in Tokyo can be very expensive. But I found this gem of a hotel. Not too pricey. The room was not that big but it checked all my boxes. Service was efficient. Front Desk folks were very helpful especially when I had issues with the taxi service.
Everything at the hotel was really great. The room is a little small, and so are the beds, but we knew we were in Japan and not the U.S.A. so, we accepted it. The staff was great and very respectful. The staff, services, facilities and location were perfect for us for our tourist travels in Tokyo. The hotel is very safe and close to the Tokyo subway. Since my wife and I are from the U.S./America, we did not like the traditional Japanese breakfast provided at the hotel. Although the restaurant is a nice place and served us without any problems or disrespect, their breakfast were very limited and we preferred to other restaurants in the area for breakfast.
The hotel is well placed been only a few mins from several subway stations and 15 minute walk from Kanda station. The hotel is also nearby several stores like 7/11 and familymart for cheap food and drink. The hotel check in was easy and we were placed on the 4th floor. The room was small but Tokyo real estate is expensive and me and my partner coped and we just needed somewhere to sleep and recover. The room was clean and tidy and the television was a good size as well and the WiFi worked. The bathroom is again small but neat and we loved the fancy washlet toilet. Room service not only changed sheets and linen but we also get a bottle of water and a pair of pajamas bit we didn't wear them. We didn't know how to use the AC but again wasn't an issue for us. The room comes with hairdryer and kettle and also a fridge which again allowed us to store drinks to keep them cold. The hotel also has a small restaurant serving breakfast attached we never used it as I went to familymart and got rice balls there as they are probably cheaper but cannot provide a verdict. I will now weigh up the pros and cons. Pros Well placed close to Imperial palace and local shops and subway stations. Room service was excellent and tides room and getting free water is a bonus. Getting free items like toothbrushes and razor blades a nice bonus. Polite service from staff. Cons We couldn't figure out air con but we didn't ask staff so it's not hotels fault. Pillows quite thin but again the norm in Japan and easily fixed by using spare towel to boost the pillow. Overall verdict I would use this hotel again in a heartbeat it was affordable and close to local facilities I could even walk to Tokyo station within 25 mins if needed. Would use APA again.…
The hotel was very nice to stay at. Easy check in and check out. The staff was very courteous and the room was cleaned very nicely daily. Also, it has a pretty good onigiri shop in the lobby. The hotel is close to quite a few train lines so getting anywhere in Tokyo is really easy. Only a 10 minute walk from Akihabara.
