I stayed approximately one week on business. While my single room was characteristically small, it was very functional and quite comfortable. In addition, the nighttime view from the room was simply amazing. Staff were all very helpful and polite. The restaurant on the reception floor served an excellent Japanese style breakfast. As the hotel is located virtually on top of...

Stayed 1 night and enjoyed the view from our corner room very much! Apart from asking us if we wanted to upgrade our room when first checking in the service was very good but we didn't like being asked this first up. The room was very clean and had a reasonable sized bathroom for Japan but the bedroom was a...

Stayed here for a business trip at the beginning of April, rather than out of the city in Chiba. The main benefit is the location, directly on the main train station in Tokyo and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the Imperial Palace, where you can see the Cherry...

This hotel is located right beside Tokyo station with easy access to trains and subways to get you around the City. Also easy walking distance to a number of attractions and there are no shortage of restaurants nearby to eat at. Staff were good. Restaurant is good. Room was good sized for Japan.

Good location directly at the Tokyo station. Nice view at night from the hotel room. Price of course on the higher side compare to other hotels in different areas. Room is "tiny" but only for sleep is enough. This is normal in Japan, especially in Tokyo area. Great that they provide pijama sin the room. Useful for business traveler. Breakfast...

Couldn't be more conveniently placed at the Nihonbashi entrance to Tokyo Station. Our room looked down the station from 28 floors up so we could watch the Shinkansen rolling in and out. Very helpful pleasant staff as you expect in Japan. Buffet breakfast ok quality.

It's the second time I stay in this hotel. The staff are nice, efficient and helpful. It's very convenient. The bus stop of 1000 yen airport limousine just few minutes walk away. I like the views of the rooms. I checked out for a one-day trip to Kawaguchiko this time. When I returned and check in again, the luggages are...

Hotel is just next to Tokyo station so it's easy to find. Room had enough space for one person and it was quite new and clean. My room was on the 29th floor so the view from there was absolutely great. Staff members were really nice and helpful and they showed me to my room and took my luggage there...

I have stayed there in rail track side room for two nights. It was a wonderful experience. After a day traveling, I just wanted to sit by the window and looked at this beautiful night Tokyo Station. It's also glad to talk with clerk in English. The service was good. If having the chance, I'll choose this hotel to be...

We stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi on our first night in Japan as a stop off before travelling to Kyoto. We chose it specifically for its proximity to Tokyo station (literally a minute walk away, so convenient). It's a fancy hotel, but the rooms are very small (to be expected in Japan, and especially in a busy metropolitan district...
