We booked here for my husband's 50th birthday. As it was a special treat we booked a suite overlooking the Imperial Palace. The suit was amazing with large windows affording a great view over the Palace. As well as a large living area there was a double dressing area, small bathroom in the corridor as well as large main bathroom...

The hotel is pretty close to perfect in terms of premises, service,, etc, but by booking through American Express platinum we got things that put us over the top. We booked a suite for $700 per night and got the 4th night free, free breakfasts, plus $300 in credits for food, drink. They supplied free overnight laundry and dry cleaning...

We stayed here for six nights during our trip in Tokyo. It could be the best hotel I've stayed at. Everything was impeccable, from room to services. They seemed to be able to think of every single detail of your trip and try to take care of everything. One bonus is that the hotel's location in Ginza is perfect, it's...

Overall I was happy with my stay at the Peninsula. In summary, for the hotels in the Nihonbashi / Marunouchi / Ginza area I would rank the Peninsula behind the Mandarin and Four Seasons but ahead of others like the Shangri La, Tokyo Station, Imperial and Palace Hotels (although the Palace is comparable). The hotel location is fantastic. Right on...

The Peninsula Tokyo Hotel by far the best hotel that I have been to. The rooms are magnificent and spacious. Restaurants there are so good that I can't give a comment to not be unjustified with the restaurants and the hotel. The location of the hotel is great.
