This is my 3rd time with the hotel, the staff speaks good english and are very friendly. Rooms are of typical size in Tokyo. Prices normally varies from Monday cheapest and it goes up along the week till the weekend as this is a business hotel.
Overall a good hotel, clean facilities. However, non smoking room is not available and even if they deodorize the room, the smell of cigarettes is so strong. If you are an oversea traveller you should bring your own wifi router plan that are available at the airports. Free wifi in this hotel is practically not there.
Not the newest and most luxury place, but clean and good situated, close to Akihabara. Many restaurants close by. Breakfast Asian and European stile. Very close to the S-train and Metro. Easy to walk. Maids Cafe, Cats Cafe in the neighborhoud.
Second time in the hotel. Room 529. Similar experience to previous visit (see review Dec 2016), so they seem to be consistent. Helpful reception with some agents with a good command of English. I skipped breakfast his time, and bought some food that I stored in the fridge. A free bottle of water is supplied each day. The wifi is good, as is the aircon. There was also a air purifier / dehumidifier. Easy to access with public transport, being closest to Shin-ochanomizu/Ochanomizu, then Akihabara and Kanda. Good value for money. Would stay again.
This was a great hotel conveniently located withing walking distance of Akihabara station, local restaurants and shopping. While the rooms are small they are everything you need for your stay and were really lovely. The service was fantastic /the staff were helpful. I would recommend you choose a 'non- smoking' room if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke smell however. The rooms have incredible opening windows that seal when shut and shut off all the street noise. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here.
I had a single room (927) on the left hand side of the hotel. You can still hear trains passing multiple times an hour but not too loud. Comfortable bed and pillow (choice of two). Well equipped room but small, as mentioned in other reviews. Large supermarket (Olympic) within a few minutes walk: turn right out of hotel, first right at traffic lights, walk 150? meters. It's in the basement and if you didn't know, you might miss it. Only reservation is a slight whiff of smoke from time to time. Only a nuisance to the hyper sensitive. It wouldn't stop me staying again. Very reasonable rates for Tokyo.
It was only a one-night-stay, but I reserved a renovated room on the women-only floor. Not a large room but it was clean and tidy. I love the sliding door of the bathroom, which I experienced for the first time.
A small hotel at chiyoda with train and metro stations nearby. Good for shoppers if you are just looking for a simple place with affordable price in tokyo. It is a few minutes walk from akihabara and kanto where many eating places await you. A small supermarket is nearby too. Will return if back to tokyo.
My frenz and me stayed in this hotel during our trip to Tokyo during April. The hotel is very convenient as its location is very near Ochanomizu Station. You just have to walk down the slope from Ochanomizu station and its only about a 5min walk. The slope is quite steep though so maybe it's gonna be a hassle when you're going up the slope with your luggage. The staffs at the lobby counter is very friendly and helpful as when we reached, we were not able to check in as we're too early and they helped us keep our luggage until we came back to the hotel late at night around 11pm. As there are 4 of us, we were seperated into pairs but they gave us rooms that is just opposite of each other. The room is very nice and comfortable but its really kinda small though. My fren and me put our luggage on the floor and the luggage already blocked the limited walking space in the room. Even though the room is small, it had all the requirement and facilities we wanted. A Tv, fridge and wifi. But it doesn't have any wardrode and only have like 2 hooks and hangers for you to hang ur clothes which is the down point. The toilet is very well equipped with a bathtub, an electronic toiletbowl and all the daily necessities are provided like shampoo conditioner shower. There is even a window on the toilet which you can watch the tv and it comes with a curtain too which is something fresh for me. Overall except for the small room and no wardrobe, I am very pleased with this hotel service and the room. But I'll suggest this hotel more for couples or solo traveller.…
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of our first-ever visit to Japan. Lots of positives: the staff were lovely and very helpful: the room was very clean and in perfect decorative state with a comfy pair of beds: a well appointed bathroom, if a little small: air-con quiet and efficient: buffet restaurant excellent (we had 5 breakfasts and one evening meal there, all great). Only criticism was lack of storage. 2 wall-hooks, 4 hangers in total: no hanging-rail, nowhere to store cases except the floor, which obviously reduced available space and meant we were unable to properly unpack for 5 days. And the room was big enough to accommodate a storage area so it was a bit puzzling.
