Thoroughly loved staying. We came from Narita airport and emailed the concierge our tickets and they were waiting in front of our train when we arrived. Getting to the hotel would have been quite a challenge otherwise! Super polite easy check in could not do enough to help staff! Great room over looking one of the famed domes. Comfy king...

We had a surprisingly wonderful stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel on April 7 and 8, 2017. The hotel is beautifully renovated with rooms with high ceilings and modern, classy décor. The two exceptional differences between this hotel and other 5 star hotels is their Meet and Greet service at Tokyo Station from Narita Airport and escorting us to our...

No argument that convenience should have a price. And the Tokyo Station Hotel does exact an exorbitant premium for being integrated into the Tokyo Train Station - and what do you get for it? Yes you get an exquisitely appointed hotel. But is that enough? Why should your $500 night just pay for the luxurious appointments like Bulgari soaps in...

We stayed at The Tokyo Station Hotel for a couple of nights at the start of April. The hotel is very nicely renovated that has a really handy location (e.g. short walk to the Imperial Palace and to Ginza). We arrived in Tokyo in the evening so it was super convenient arriving on the Narita Express train. We had a...

We flew into Narita airport from Guam and had to leave the next day for the States from Haneda. The Tokyo Station Hotel was the perfect place to spend the night. We took the airport bus from Narita (in retrospect we probably should have taken the express train). We wanted to take the monorail to Haneda but were concerned because...

Gorgeous room with a lovely bathroom. The hotel breakfast is excellent- well worth the price. They had a huge selection and lovely freshly made eggs Benedict which was delicious. The bed was really comfortable and the room had great amenities - iPod dock, glasses and cups etc. Great location and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for five nights at the beginning of my trip to Japan, and it certainly set a benchmark. In a great location above Tokyo Station, and given that most of your travel around Tokyo is by train it was ideal. No train noise could be heard in my room, I might add....

We stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel for 3 nights and were really pleased with the staff, location and facility. Granted it is a high end hotel, but the staff exceeded expectations whether it was to arrange a cab or dinner or to rearrange a tour for the third, fourth and fifth time; just outstanding. The room was spacious and...
