Hotel with great views of the city. 3 restaurants to choose from for breakfast. International buffet offers wide range of food. Love the mango cider! Staff polite but place was so huge I lost my way... which was unusual for me.

From the grand staircase that welcomes you on arrival to the lush beds and amenities to compliment your stay, Imperial Hotel Tokyo is truly a majestic hotel that stands out among the rest. And if you get a chance, do purchase their famous Pumpkin Soup which is always an excellent treat to take home with you when nostalgia kicks in.

I arrived at the hotel after a bout of food poisoning on my flight to Tokyo. I had already vomited four times. The front desk staff showed immediate strong concern upon seeing me, brought me a bottle of water, had me sit down while they completed my check-in, and even subtlety brought me a bag to vomit in by offering...

Great location, exceptional service including booking great restaurants in advance, but dated and in need of a major facelift. Would come back as it is half the price of the Peninsula. Beds comfy, room dark, bathroom squishy, wifi good, they need a restaurant there that has good coffee- luckily there is a cheap cafe Pellini across the road which does...

The Imperial lives up to its name. It is classy, elegant and sophisticated. You will not find over the top decorations here. The lobby is big and the hotel has a shopping area with very nice shops. Our room had a view of the Tokyo Shinkansen train station. Which was actually fascinating to watch from on high. The views of...

I always stay here when I'm visiting Tokyo. The location is superb. It's right next to the subway and to Hibiya Park which is great for an outdoor run. The concierge always gives us great food recommendations and follows up with all our bookings. Highly recommended.
