Nicely located and cheapest option to stay if you are planning on going to Tokyo dome City. The room and the bathroom were spacious. The hotel is getting old, would need a little refreshing. Breakfast, located at the basement in the Chinese restaurant of the hotel, was awful.

Good hotel at good location closed to iidabashi station exit C3 Oedo line, while can reach Keisei Ueno easily via Ueno-Okachimachi station. But the station is quite huge so you may need a bit walk inside station. Hotel was good maintain room is big compared to other business hotels, located in the office area but quiet enough for staying at night. Can walk to Suidobashi station where a lot of restaurants surrounded also Tokyo Dome and Don Quihote are closed by.

Location was very good, in a quiet resident area, close to Iidabashi subway station, Tokyo Dome. Room was small, not enough space to unpack my bags. Everything in the room was simple but well arranged. Bathroom was small too and a bit outdated. Staff was friendly but could not speak English very well. WiFi was free but a bit slow.

Thank you for having stayed at Koraku Garden Hotel and taking the time from your busy schedule to share your valuable feedback. We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with your stay, the convenience of our facilities and very centrally location. On the other hand, we are sorry to learn the size of your room did not meet your expectation at this time. We would appreciate your kind understanding for the room situation in the city of Japan. Although you might feel the room is a bit compact, surely it has function and convenience to accommodate. With regards to the internet connection, we apologize for your inconvenience. We examined the cause of the internet connection at the guest floor and have addressed your comments with the concerned departments as its very important issue. In terms of our language skills, we are also disappointed to learn that we were unable to meet your expectations. We share your comments among all staff and we work hard to train our teams to ensure that they offer the highest levels of service to have overseas customers stay comfortably. Let me stress once again, your feedback is truly valuable. Thank you again and hope to welcome you back here. Front Office Manager

Having stayed at Tokyo Dome, this hotel compares poorly to its swankier neighbour. The room we had was very small, with an even smaller toilet, and hardly space for luggage. It is clean and it had a small TV, a hairdryer and a small kettle. Sufficient, but good only for one night. Although I appreciated the breakfast that came with the room booking, I did not enjoy the breakfast as the quality was rather poor at a small Chinese restaurant in the basement of the hotel. There is a nice garden next to the hotel, good for a nice stroll in the park. Location is not bad, but head towards the Dome if you want restaurants and activities when it gets dark.

The hotel location is close to Tokyo Dome, JR station and Metro station. The breakfast is good enough, the room have small bathtube combined with shower, clean toilet, water boiler, refrigenerator, TV, air cleaner, AC, hair dryer, etc. The hotel is good enough for your need as long you're stay at Tokyo.

The location was OK, and the facilities were very clean, if a bit small. We would probably stay again had it not been for one experience we had with a member of the staff. As our Japanese is still weak, my husband asked the front desk to help us with making a dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant. The young lady at the front desk was very willing to help, but as she tried to help us an older employee began scolding her in (we think) Chinese. He had her ask my husband in English which country we were from, and when he answered "America, but we live in Japan," he continued to speak intensely to the employee. After he left, she shamefacedly told my husband that she couldn't help because, if we bailed on our reservation, it would reflect badly on the hotel. I'm not sure if this was discrimination or just a very poor customer service decision, but it was quite unpleasant. The young lady was as helpful as possible, though--in fact, most employees were great--but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

The business hotel is located 10 mins walking distance from the famous Tokyo Dome. It is easily accesibly by airport limousine bus to and from Narita Airport. Food and entertainment is just a few steps away.
