We visit Sandyballs this week with our caravan. I'm glad I did not have young children, 2 play areas, one closed and the other so in need of some loving care and attention, shocking if I'm honest. We did complain about the state of the slide in the younger children's play area in Northfields this was addressed and repaired,I am astounded...

Stayed in a lodge very close to centre. Price was reduced by £140 the week before which was disappointing to say the least. Center Parcs do a price match , really need to compensate early bookers or we wont bother booking early again. Paid the extra £1 for the 3-4pm swimming slot got there at 235pm had to wait till...

Just been for a weekend away here. We had a lovely time, the restaurant was really good (great food and staff) and the location beautiful. The soft play and playground was fairly good too. Was disappointed with the cabin in that it was not very clean. My bedside table was covered in dust (thick grey dust) and there were cobwebs...

We've just had a long weekend on the touring park at sandy balls holiday village. Our first visit here but won't be our last. We took our two grandsons, they loved the swimming pool, the archery and the adventure playground, the arcade too. On our first morning we went swimming then into The Forest Table for cake, the service we...

We took our own caravan and have been caravanning for a long time so well travelled. We was not disappointed. As we arrived a very young polite member off staff greeted us with all our booking details ready for us. So there was not the usual wait to book in and was no need to leave the car. It is...

Sandy Balls is a beautiful family holiday centre and it really makes the most of it's location! We stayed just after Easter for a week, with our 2 year old little girl. Our lodges were very clean and tidy and very homely and warm. The bedrooms were spotless and so were the bathrooms. I have to say the staff were...

We booked a hot tub lodge (no. 240) which was lovely and secluded. The lodge itself is rustic and the bedrooms are not large and the bed is a standard double. They have a lovely feel with a "fake" fire in the living room (which is open plan with the kitchen) with a large veranda running around the property. The...

We spent 4 wonderful days in one of the lodges. It had everything you will need for your stay. We used the hot tub everyday and had a wonderful view from it. We took our 2 dogs and they loved the walks surrounding the holiday village. Will definitely be back.

Sadly my first bad review We slayed in a laid back plus lodge for the weekend. = £ 91 a night If you want your neighbours to be 12 foot away and an old dated lodge with a balcony 4 foot wide with no seating. Cheap loo rolls and bed at the back looking out to a car park then...

Dear 111nett, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We have many lodges across the site all of which each have their own car parking space which we feel is a luxury in comparison to other holiday parks. Our Guest Services team are always on hand to speak to during your stay so I do apologise that...
