Enjoyed the overnight stay in May: good treatments, nice room and food, lovely grounds for a walk. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Guests range from day visits, overnight stays and detox breaks. Lots of couples as well as friends and groups. Calm, peaceful and relaxing.

Excellent spa, lovely hotel but poor restaurant and bar service lets it down. Waited 15 minutes without being served in the restaurant so we left. The next day we ordered a cream tea, cups arrived, then cutlery, then a pot of tea, then nothing.......we waited for 10 minutes then asked and the scones arrived, but by now the tea was...

Having returned from my first overnight break at Lifehouse, I'm already looking forward to my next! The spa facilities are first class and the team couldn't be more helpful. The variety of treatments on offer are second to none, we opted for for the Ishga sea breeze massage and detox facial and to say they were relaxing is an understatement....

With life's stresses creeping up on the wife and I, a trip to our favourite Spa was very much needed. As ever the accommodation was amazing and clean, plus this time we upgraded to a signature room. The wife and I both had our favourite hot stone treatment which as ever was simply amazing, even though I might of fallen...

Having searched extensively for a nice, secluded hotel, with good pool and hydro facilities, we settled on Lifehouse, having heard good things about it. The car park was full, when we turned up, just after 3 Pm, which we assumed meant that there was a full compliment of day guests, using the facilities. A modern room, with a beautiful view,...

Cannot find the words to express the warmth of the Staff, hotel and Management. Everyone seems to want to go that "extra Mile" without any "extra effort". The rooms are amazingly spotless, I cannot fault anything. The restaurant Menu and service is something to die for and the grounds are superb. The spa and choice of different treatments are a...

This is the second time I've visited Lifehouse and I truly believe the place is magical. I arrived feeling stressed and worn out from work and by the time I left I was totally relaxed, calm and happy. My day was filled with lunch in the Spa Cafe, an hours stroll through the beautiful sunny gardens, an hour in the...

I stayed for 3 nights recently and really enjoyed it. My room was lovely, the gardens and grounds are just fantastic and I really couldn't fault anything. I had the Ishgar Sea Breeze treatment which was just bliss and spent quite a lot of time in the steam room, sauna & pool just chilling out. Had delicious meals in the...

After visiting a year ago, I decided to go back as a birthday treat for my partner. Our first visit was amazing but this time it was even better. The gardens seem to have exploded into life and we were lucky enough to have a sunny day to explore them. Stunning is the only way to describe the extensive grounds....
