We stayed here for a relaxing week in the sun & that's exactly what we got. We paid for bed & breakfast and thought the food was fantastic, a great deal of variety, so much so we paid €15pp to eat here for four of our evenings. The free glass of Cava at every meal was a nice touch, but...

My husband and I really enjoyed our week staying at this hotel. We had a superior room with a great sea view. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good with nice variety. We especially liked the Nespresso coffee machines that you can use to make your own coffee. The setting of the hotel is very...

The great strength of the hotel is its clifftop location allowing lovely views of the sea as well as being able to walk alongside the sea to Puerto La Nieves (and its many restaurants). Our room was very spacious with a nice firm bed, but the sound proofing was poor so that the television in the next room came through loud...

08.March.17 A nice hotel, but it seems that all employees want to be another place. Service is the most incompetent I have seen in more than 2000 nights in hotels the last 25 years. The only person that knew what service is, was the lady working in the pool bar last night.

The location of the hotel is very unique as it locates literally on top of a rock and down the hill there are natural pools. Our room was huge with a nice balcony and a seaside view. You can walk to the city from the hotel, which only takes about 10 minutes and during your walk you can enjoy the...

A hotel truly to be recommended, get a room with a view of the ocean and you will not want to leave it. Lovely staff, good service every day and great spa - don't forget to get a massage. Have a great stay.

As with all other reviews. I agree the hotel was as described. Restaurant food average. COLD or tepid food at best. When will the hotel take note of trip advisor users reviews ?. Surely we can't all be mistaken for the food being at best warm ! Staff in bar and restaurant very genuinely friendly. Good location for a quiet...

We visited in February for two nights. Used it as a base for exploring the mountains nearby. Clean, comfortable room overlooking sea and pool. Excellent breakfast - we didn't try restaurant, preferring to venture out to a couple of places in the port Helpful staff on reception and in bar area. Only downside for us was gym not opening until...

Lovely hotel and staff, food was awful in the evening and at lunchtimes, it was cold both times we ate there. 1 hour and a half drive away from the centre and nowhere really to go in Agaete as it is such a small town. The pool was also freezing when we were there as the temperature was around 17...
