We stayed at Casa Abuelo for three nights in the twin-bedded suite. Our room was large and very comfortable, in a very traditional style, and always immaculately clean. Breakfasts were good but simple. Our lack of Spanish meant that communication was limited at times. The location is excellent for exploring the remarkable village. Excellent value.

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Albarracin At first, felt a pang of disappointment thast we weren't in the old part of the town but actually ended up very relieved. We were able to park directly outside and the walk to the old part is a very pleasant 5 minute stroll. The area has a good supermarket, bread...

My family and I loved this place! It's just downhill from the medieval city and just 5 minutes walk away. And frankly - it's perfectly located as we could park directly in front of the hotel (not possible if staying in the walled area). Breakfast was made on request and everything worked perfectly for us. Definitely recommended!

The was the third leg of a tour of La Rioja and Aragon Spain. We wanted to visit Albarracin which can be described as "Disneys mountain village" as it would inspire both kids and adults imagination ... Anyway, Casa Del Abuelo was a perfect base for our 2 night visit. Based at the foot of the village and very accessible...

The place is absolutely 'charming', to quote another reviewer. Individually-designed rooms that have all the necessities. Close to the old town, but without the hassle of parking or the hoards of tourists that it attracts. Parking just outside with a small supermarket practically next door for all your needs. My only negative points would be that this is not a...

We stayed in this delightful little hotel for 2 nights. We had a lovely room at the top of the hotel which had a very comfortable, separate seating area. Ideal for relaxing after a days sightseeing. It was only a 10 minute walk to the main square in Albarracin (steep walk uphill in part), which is a wonderfully quaint and...

One great surprise after another on our travels in Spain, particularly our stay in Albarracin at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, the bathroom facilities worthy of any first-class guest establishment. The receptionist was extremely friendly and spoke good English. The location is quite (but for bleeps of sheep across the way) and a five-minute walk down to the...

My husband and I enjoyed our three-night stay in this B and B. There are only four rooms, so guests receive personal attention from the owner, Rosa. She told us that the house has been in her husband's family for at least two hundred years and that our upper room used to be the grain storage for the animals that...

Should you're looking for something really special, this is your place. Refurbished in the old style this small hotel will for sure move you. Let alone the good treat and if all that weren't enough, it's really value for money. Located in Albarracín, which is one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
