Casita Carmelo and Casita Susi are located in Lanzarote and are exquisite one-bed villas. This is not a hotel but villas hewn out of a wing of a 250-year-old Canarian villa situated in the prettiest village in the Canary Islands. We offer sunken bedroom with en-suite, steps up to sitting/dining/kitchen where the terrace doors lead onto the spacious al fresco dining area and sun terrace overlooking the Cezar Manrique-style private pool. The local area is ideal for walking, photography or just de-stressing. Casita Susi sits directly on the Cesar Manrique-inspired, proper swimming pool, the best views in the house. Cosy, pretty and the best thing since sliced bread :)

Casaita Susi is quietly tucked away in Haría and is a perfect place to relax and cool of in the pool after a day of sightseeing. It is very easily accessible and within walking distance there are nice restaurants, a wonderful market and great walks (with views of the sea). The room was spotless and the private kitchen was very well-equipped. There is a lot of privacy and a lovely little terrace to sit out and enjoy the evening sun. The property itself is delightful but what made our trip really special was our wonderfully kind hosts, Brendan and Terrie, who welcomed us warmly and offered us lots of local tips. They really go above and beyond to accommodate their guests.

Thank you Miriam for this fabulous review. It wasn't difficult to give you a warm welcome, you and Oscar were immediately friendly and very warm, we thoroughly enjoyed having you around, like really good neighbours, see you in Tenerife for a cortado liquido xx

We were so happy with our stay in Casa Susi, we couldn’t fault Brendan and Terry’s attention to detail and amenities provided. We arrived to find a complimentary bottle of Cava and snacks, plenty of towels for different needs, different pillow types (an often overlooked need as I prefer thin feather pillows), iron and ironing board. The casa is perfectly kitted out without ever being cluttered. Having the pool to ourselves was heaven and a luxury we wish we had more time to take opportunity of during our six day stay. Only regret was not being able to stay longer. I doubt you’ll find anywhere better in Haria or most of Lanzarote.

Were looking forward to visiting again but alas the Coronavirus put paid to our trip. Oh yes we arrived but the next day Spain went on lock-down. Casita Susi was just the same and the owners were great once again. We enjoyed one fabulous walk from the property to the viewing point over the Famara cliffs - breathtaking, There is a lot of good walking in this area. We had to return home early but our hosts allowed us to stay an extra day until we could get a flight back! This does not detract from the fact that Casita Susi is perfect for experiencing rural Lanzarote and the hosts are super friendly. The pool and terrace area were a boon to sit on when mobility became a problem. We hope that next year will be more successful and enjoyable. Thanks to all at reallanzarote!

Well I really don’t want to say too much about how absolutely wonderful this lovely venue is because we want to keep it to ourselves! Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Ideally located in an area of scenic beauty and cultural interest. On top of that the superb hosts Brendan, Terri and Theo made us feel very welcome and at home. Brendan even sorted car hire for us prior to our arrival and a useful Spanish lesson from Theo. I wished we had booked a longer stay but we’ll be back again I’m sure. Thanks to all of you for making us feel so welcome.
