Nice rooms (ours was beach facing), easy access to public transport - Villa Joyosa bus stop and La Islata tram station 5-7 mts walk away, very friendly & helpful staff who speak English, excellent Tennis facilities, good buffet breakfast (not too expensive). Overall thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Lovely hotel in a residential area. Staff very friendly. It helps to have a few word of Spanish. Good big bathroom and powerful shower, had the room overlooking the wall at the back but it was quiet and cool there, so you could leave the window open. Wifi good. TV in the room has English speaking channels BBC world news...

Hotel is clean and pleasant. The nearby tram station is a godsend as there is nothing else near the hotel for visitors. We had a lovely time and the staff were very nice and helpful. As it is in a quiet area we found it very relaxing.
