A little on the expensive side but worth it for a short stay. Great balcony views. Great staff. Good linens and bed quality. The breakfast was more like brunch. Beautiful room with big windows over the sea and beach. The array of food was mind boggling! I'd stay again

This is our 6th or 7th stay at the Melia Alicante. We just keep coming back for more! Perfectly situated between the beach and the esplanade, the Melia is a top notch hotel with great service, good prices, wonderful views and an amazing breakfast buffet. The hotel is right across the street from the old city with its winding narrow...

The hotel has the best location possible. Just in the center of the City of Alicante and on a very nice sand beach. The hotel is very large with very large corridors, but smartly built to have either sea or harbour view. We had a very nice suite on the 5th floor with maybe the best view towards the sea...

This a great hotel on the beach at Alicante with an outdoor pool. The airport bus stops outside and cost 3.8 Euros. Go for a refurbished room with a sea view. The reception staff were very helpful. The bar and restaurant are excellent. The town of Alicante is around 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend

Hotel is in a great location right by the marina and beach. Such close proximity to many bars and restaurants we didn't feel it necessary to eat in at the hotel opting to savour more local cuisines. Compared to other hotels in the area this one was a little more expensive. So what do you get for the money? It's a big, popular hotel but not too noisy. “furniture tired, pillows old and lumpy, lampshade old and very dirty, no need for a mini bar unless you want one kettle would be better. Sorry I am picky but for the price you expect better. Although I did have a lovely trip in all to Alicante.”
