What a great find....had seven nights here so had plenty of time to absorb the quality of this hotel. The Pazo do Souto is a beautifully restored building that reminds me of the older, historic Paradors & the rooms, especially the suites, are very, very good. As far as the staff were concerned they were brilliant, Soli, Anna & manager...

We just stayed four nights in this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They were able to upgrade us to lovely suites when we let them know that we couldn't climb two flights of stairs. The suites are well worth the extra cost, and are both extremely comfortable and historic. The food was excellent and the menu...

A beautiful and charming Pazo however didn't meet our expectations. We were a family of 18 people including 2 babies/todlers and while the staff, and in particular Sole, were accommodating, thoughtful and amazing hosts, I can't say the same for the management team. El Pazo didn't have a working air conditioning (during July!) and after complaining how hot it was...

We had an excellent time at Pazo do Souto which was greatly enhanced by the friendly welcome and attention paid by all staff, particularly Tito, the manager. Amazing hospitality by really nice people. We were treated like family especially when we needed help to go the hospital. We highly recommend this gorgeous place to couples (very romantic) and families. One big surprise was the water pressure and great jacuzzis with bubble bath. The kids were so happy.
