We absolutely disagree with all bad reviews! We arrived in the late afternoon and were welcomed very friendly. We got to choose our room out of two very spacious rooms. They both were very clean and featured a bathroom with bath and shower and a walk-in-closet. At night it was peacefully silent. Afterwards we visited the pool, which was very clean, as were the surrounding chairs/sofas. We shortly jumped in but it was too chill to stay in too long (mid May). We ate dinner here three times, all of which were tasteful with different types of meat, a side dish of vegetables for two was only €3 extra and made the whole meal just great. As a working point towards the hosts we would recommend to upgrade the WiFi to a faster and more reachable system. Lastly we would suggest adding a yoghurt or some fruits to the breakfast, which consisted of two toasts and a croissant with assorted jams per person. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend it to everybody who wants to visit the area!

Found this place at booking.com We arrived late in the afternoon and fell in love with the view right away. Sorry to say, but just having a great view isn't enough. The room (no 14) was clean but run down, as most of the amenities. The area around the pool is littered with cigarette stubs and the pool needs a good cleaning. Had dinner at the restaurant and we were all alone. Our guess is that the other guests went to town for dinner. Given the quality of the food, it is understandable. Woke up the next morning and went for breakfast at 08.00. No one to be found anywhere on the property and after a lot of phone calls the girl working at the hotel woke up (8.30) and took our call and said that breakfast will be served from 9. We served ourselves with coffee from the bar. Paying 130 € for a room (with nice view though) in desperate need of renovation at a hotel this dirty is a robbery. The pictures added show the tables in the bar that hasn't been cleaned up from the previous afternoon. The trash can in the bar was left over night leaving it for animals to drag out all over the bar.

Great experience. Staff was so patient and kind with our lack of Spanish language abilities. We ate dinner at the hotel for 2 nights, both dinners were fabulous in a very cozy atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location was rural, quiet and close to hiking trails. It would be a perfect venue for a wedding!!

we booked this hotel for us to visit the valley of the fallen as it was one of the cheapest around, It was off the beaten track - so nice and quiet. It is rustic so as such do not expect 4 star accommodation. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the room was adequate though not the cleanest, shower was good. Menu is basic Spanish but the sollomillo was good for 15 euros

The hotel is located in the mountains above the Pueblo which is great. You can walk directly from it into the mountains and up to the ski area which we loved. It is very difficult to encounter staff in this hotel but when you do they are pretty friendly. The grounds of the hotel could be wonderful but unfortunately they were very dirty when we there.
