Hotel ok, could do with a smarten up as everything very tired. Told them hubby disabled and they gave us room near lift but shower area no where to put soap or shampoos so had to hold whilst hubby used, and as not curtain tiled floor EXTREMELY dangerous as so slippery with water everywhere. Only one big bath sheet but I managed on long type towel. Bed not great and everything passed sell by date. Very steep hill to underground car park and again no lift so thankfully had help from 3 lovely lads. Ended up parkingbehind their gates right outside hotel . They were at least dog friendly. Had dinner the their restaurant which was very nice. Breakfast was nothing to write about. Coffee ok, tea awful!
I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but it is not a five star hotel so you can't expect five star service. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the terraces outside are wonderful. The staff have always been polite and cheerful and I can recommend the hotel highly.
stayed here for 3night's hotel is clean and room was clean the music from down stairs could be Hurd from room at 1am . the room I had had fag buurns on the tops and in bath room the sheets where clean . but the bed was old and needed replacement. stayed in room 222. the breakfast was poor one bit of bread roll and Orange juice . not bad for the money . parking down stairs was ok .
Muchas Gracias! ——————— This is not a hotel but it looks like one,.... and it is not a 5 star but service and care for customer is,... or even a 6! Wide rooms, clean, including clean on suite, and a restaurant with great traditional taste menu; you get a large discount to eat here when you also stay in. The place is well located too. A good place to stay with family or friends. The most outstanding feature here is the kindness and human calibre of the owner and all the staff, they do the utmost for the customer for real. They really go the extra mile for the customer should you need anything you should never hesitate to ask them and they would do their very best. This is why it is so worth it staying in. My family and I are forever greatful for what they did for us with extreme care. Thanks a lot!…
The actual hotel is an architectural joy: there are stairways, balconies and terraces so that you don't feel hemmed in as is sometimes the case in more modern hotels. The outdoor space and garden is also well kept. Yes, the plumbing is a bit dodgy, but the rooms are clean, airy and quiet. I loved staying there. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced and felt very relaxed. The artwork in the corridors is intriguing. The one negative point is the breakfast which is a perfectly good traditional Spanish breakfast so if you're looking for something different it's better to go to a cafe. The same applies if you like a good strong coffee. Even in the evening, the bar served the same watery 'Americano'.
