Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Boukan Guinguette is a bar - restaurant - camping - bungalows on Mole St Nicolas' beach. Mole St Nicolas is the site where Christopher Columbus entered in Hispaniola in December 1492. Despite of -or thanks to!- a difficult access by road, it's a great place to discover Haitian culture and history of the first black nation. Hiking, kiteboarding, historical visits, sailing, scuba diving, local gastronomy, are some of activities you will find in an environment-friendly site through our local alternative tourism attitude. Boukan Guinguette is also the first and only kiteschool in Haïti. Come to taste the delicious wind we have here! ... more   less

“All the rooms were great but only book the large bungalow if you have no choice it only has one bathroom and can sleep 9 so most of the boys in our group ended up using the public washrooms that were always clean.”
