This was our third stay here and it just keeps getting better. We stayed just for one night on route to Scotland but Park Broom Lodge would also make a perfect base to stay longer and explore the local area. The location, just off the motorway, makes it easy to get to and out & about while you're there. An...

Think Fawlty Towers, without the silly owner! This little hotel is a bit older, and looks it on the outside, but our rooms were recently updated & renovated and quite lovely. The shower had plenty of hot water, and the towels were nice and thick. A kettle, tea cups, biscuits (that's what they call cookies over there), and tea and...

Great place to stay, nice room, great breakfast, very friendly people who are more than helpful. Would recommend staying, I will be staying again if in the area. I was 100% happy with my stay and think it's great value.

A thoroughly nice place to stay. Relaxing lounges to sit in. Excellent home cooked food. Very welcoming and pleasant after a long drive. We would certainly go again and recommend this guest house. Although it fronts a main road the triple glazing makes it quieter inside.

Booked a family room as a stop off on way south from Scotland. We didn't get a room, we got a suite - super king size double room separated from twin by a passage containing the en suite shower room. The double opened out onto a balcony overlooking beautiful mature gardens. Fantastic cooked breakfast included in the price. Very friendly...

Sadly the room we were allocated was pretty run down, adequate for 1 night but thats it. I would like to say that the host cooked a lovely evening meal and breakfast and the staff were all friendly however, we would not stay again. Just a few points, the bathroom and bedroom ceilings had black damp patches, the bathroom was...

Park Broom Lodge is a gem. We have stayed in a quite a few B & B's and hotels now and I can honestly say this is one of the best. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We were welcomed with a cup of tea on our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, and the...

Arrived after a long drive to find this little gem in a lovely rural setting. Cath and Brad were great hosts, a beautiful lodge with a small but cosy bar area with fireplace to relax. A lovely common lounge area to meet other travellers. Our room was spacious, clean and inviting. We had a wonderful dinner and the best breakfast...
