This place is falling apart. No maitenance, stinks of old urine, usually no hot water, wifi comes and goes. Had breakfast once - spent the next two days with diahrrea. They admittet these things when I was leaving - but refused a discount. Said that the amount is "already in the system" so I could have the discount the next time. There will never be a next time in this hotel. They have now changed the name of the place to Azul Margarita. It is the dirtiest and most crappy hotel I've ever stayed at. Stay away!!!
They changed the name to something else so If your looking for a sign you wouldn't find it unless u ask the locals...was looking for a self catering. The rooms were dark blue and dirty and the furniture misused. No sea views! The only surprising thing is the charges are quite expensive like a 5 star hotel.
Has just changed its name to Azul Magarita Beach Resort. Loved the old name though. The facility is well secured and has a wonderful beach front that is manned by a security officer all through. The access route and environment is a bit run down though but all is forgotten the the moment you drive in into the tastefully designed facility. The staff are very courteous and professional both check in and restaurant. A clean swimming pool and a small but sufficient gym ensures the stay is well taken care of. WIFI is free and stable. The rooms are a disappointment though as waste is not desalinated and a feel of disuse and old linen and towels is not comforting. The mix of apartments and rooms takes care of individual and family traveler. I negotiated a single room for USD 50 bed and breakfast and I will surely be back.…
I went there for lunch and the place has friendly staff starting from your security to the receptionist , the waiters and you sales manager Mr. Ibrahim who took me to see your different suite thank you so much what an amazing gym and pool you guys have, I can't even forget the bar which has great bartender, soon we will be back to enjoy your facility
went with the family and spent a weekend here.Reception excellent, staff attitude great, gym perfect and pool breathtaking.stunning view of the beach from the apartment we were in which is closest to beach.Had it not been for the slightly deteriorating room furniture,I would have rated this as an A property instead of average.
I liked the place, nice food cold drinks, nice staff n the breeze frm the beach.nice selection of furnitures..a well maintained swimming pool for both children n udults it was a nice xperience hoping to b there soon
My husband George and I arrived at papweza on the 19/01/2016. We had pre-booked for a three night holiday. We were received by very polite and helpful security staff at the gate who inquired on the nature of our visit. They guided us to the reception area where we were greeted by an efficient and friendly receptionist whose name I have forgotten🙂. A quenching glass of cold juice and showed to our room which was 203. The view from our room was overlooking the Indian ocean, breathtaking. Lovely balcony to access from the bedroom and the living area overlooking the pool and the ocean. The room was an open plan with all the needed facilities to cook should you wish to. We were on a half board booking so we only made cups of lovely kericho gold tea from our room. The hotel had the blue ball monkeys scouring the area but never a nuisance a good laugh at times. A good and well stocked bar with serene Kenyan coastal music in the background. A beautiful poolside and a dip in the water from time to time to cool off. This is what a holiday is about. 👍🏿😀😀😀 A beautiful breakfast that included fresh tropical fruits and juices. A variety of cereals and my favourite porridge- wimbi and for George- a bowl of porridge oats. Available working wifi, television and dvd( we did not need either). A on call masseuse at an affordable price. Dinner was a selection from the hotel menu and I cannot fault this at all either. Overall, I had a splendid time at Pa Pweza adamsville. I recommend this place as a must visit while in Mombasa in Kenya👍🏿. Thank you very much to the entire Pa Pweza team. George and Susan Gregor Scotland …
The rooms are great, and the reception is great too. But the rooms and facilities inside need to undergo constant maintenance. Their food is good. The property is clean and well secured. Room service is great too.
Accessibility, perfect.a walking distance from the Malindi highway and close to Mtwapa where nightlife never disappoints! clean swimming pool, and more-so on Sundays you pay Ksh1000 for a visitor which includes a buffet lunch and swimming the whole day.what a wise offer for families. been here several times for dinner after sweating out in the affordable late nite gym. In 2014 we held our staff party here for trial and they never disappointed.in fact most corporate companies and banks hold staff parties here. the beach 2 minutes walk away and the apartments cozy.my colleague had her honeymoon here and speaks well of Pa Pweza. awesome chef, friendly smiling staff.a good place for wedding reception too. prices pocket friendly unlike the nearby hotels. keep on the competition!!
The reception is well organized, the room I was given was done to detail and secure in a location that I could view the Ocean. The gym and the swimming pool were well set for those who want to stay fit and relax. The food is served is served fresh and with a smile the service crew. Everything for me was good. Keep it up
