For one, I'm not usually one to publicly complain about things, but this really is not worth paying to stay in. For starters, I have no electric in half of my room here. So, I can't even use the lamps or any outlets in half the room. Very inconvenient! Also, I was told that there would be coffee and breakfast... More

This place is a mixed bag, but well worth the low price. The room itself was very nice--a comfortable bed, an arm chair with ottoman, large desk/dresser combo, mini fridge and microwave, big TV. The public areas seemed poorly cared for, on the other hand--floors really needed a good cleaning! The breakfast was dismal and poorly cared for with very,... More

Good: firm mattress + good pillows + large room size. Bad: Hair / garbage and fruit flies in room, smelled bad.- Breakfast: Very bad, eat elsewhere. The breakfast room was hot and dirty. Staff unfriendly. Really awful: The room had not been cleaned after we were out all day. I called to check and they said we had " do... More

Stayed in room 107. King bed/ handicap room. Bathroom looks nice. Need to take huge desk out of room. it needs new mattress. Air condition doesn't work blows warm air. Breakfast was ok a lot of things not there that are typically provided You can tell they are remodeling but should give customers rooms that aren't ready yet 😒

The location was good; walking distance to Walmart and a large grocery store. Staff was friendly but seemed un-managed. Its not uncommon to smell a strong chlorine odor when there is an indoor pool- however when you walk into the pool area and the rtemperature is 90+ degrees, it is intesified. I asked the front desk clerk about it and... More

I live near Tahlequah, but I was having muscle problems and needed a whirlpool tub so I booked a room here. The hotel was clean and staff friendly enough....but the jets didn't work in the whirlpool tub. I asked the man at the desk and he just said "Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't." and didn't offer any sort of... More

2 night stay for a floating trip down the Illinois River. I think this hotel is switching over to an Econolodge. Great rates, good customer service. Free am breakfast. Good location, comfortable beds. Near a grocery store.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last couple of months would prefer not to ever stay there again. The Manager is unprofessional, rude, and has no customer service skills. The hot tub was broken and the rooms cleanliness was sub par. This would be my last option.

The hotel was nice and when we checked in the girl at the front desk was fantastic. I think her name was Jennifer. She was professional, upbeat, and helpful. Every time we saw her she had a smile on her face and it was refreshing to stay at a hotel where the front desk person seemed to enjoy their job.

Hotels in Tahlequah are nothing to write home about, except this one that is new. Let me re-consider: It's nothing to write home about, but it's nothing to complain about either. My experience was that it was a professional, clean, friendly, chain hotel. That can't be said for the others in town, therefore, that makes this one a head above... More
