Margherita and Maurizio are extraordinary hosts! Our suite!! Overlooking the garden was beautiful; the breakfasts ( and picnic lunches if you wish) are more than most of us can eat!! What sets this B & B apart is the warmth, intelligence and helpfulness of Margherita and Maurizio!! They suggested driving routes that were magnificent & UNESCO awarded; they helped us... More

We stayed in Govone for two nights. After the warmest possible welcome, we were shown to a gorgeous suite and then directed to a fantastic local restaurant. Breakfast is wonderful overlooking a beautiful and immaculate garden. This is a fantastic place to unwind, relax and enjoy. Margherita and Maurizio are kind and hospitable - perfect hosts.

We only stayed one night here, and will undoubtedly return. Margherita and Maurizio are the most perfect hosts, and their attention to detail in their restored townhouse is second-to-none. Their warmth, knowledge and enthusiasm are an absolute pleasure, attentive but not overwhelming. Our top-floor suite was traditionally furnished, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The house is well-situated on... More

We spent five nights there at June 2014. Margherita and Maurizio are so nice. They make everything they can to make you feel welcomed. The appartment was spotless, and was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was just too much for two spoiled gluttonous tourists like us. Margherita kept on cooking and baking, every morning, although we were only two... Plus the magnificient... More

We have spent two nights at Margheritas and Maurizios charming B&B. They both are perfect hosts and will make your stay more than enjoyable. Maurizio knows a lot about the history of Govone while Margherita has great tips for how to spend your time in Piemonte, furthermore they serve a breakfast that will not leave anyone hungry!

This is a small hidden gem in a place normally not loaded with tourists. And what a breakfast!! Cakes are made daily by the hostess Margherita who, together with her husband, treats every single guest as part of the family. I can't recall a single place I have visited where I have received such a warm welcome and such a... More

We were staying for a week in Aug-13 in the fully equipped apartment that perfectly fit to our needs (2 adults + 2 kids - 10&7). The host (Margarita) took care for us with an amazing way - starting from the welcoming (wine, local pastries etc'), through the guidance on local places, markets etc' and the maintenance of the apartment... We were treated to a stay at Sogni e Tulipani in mid-October, 2012. In searching for a place near Alba where everything was full we were directed to Booking Langhe Monferrato Roero for help in finding a place and they found us Margherita and Maurizio! We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage with another couple we were traveling with... More

“Govone is a quiet town, so even though our room was right at street level, there was no disturbing noise. There is no swimming pool or fitness center, however, the "click to select a rating" does not allow for a "not applicable" choice. Hiking, walking, or riding the hills of the area provides plenty of fitness activities.”
