Not really a palace... The carpet are stained, the furniture and the painting are outdated. It seems that rooms on the 11th floor have been recently renovated, so try to get a room on this floor. But the service is perfect (as usually in Japan).
Stayed here with a group of colleagues from Europe. All of us were well looked after.
Pleasant hotel and staff, good location and best of all the airport bus to/from both Narita and Haneda stops there :)

Read my review from 2013. Came here r years ago and room looks like it has been done up. Its no longer door key but key card. Fridge wadnt empty but had only 3 beers and one other snack.

There aré no english channels. There TV Card dispensers one very flloor. For 1000yen u can get a Card and includesovie ch mal in English. No gym in This hotel. There is a a mall refrigeraron, Bi is the minibar
