Albert & Marlène were wonderful hosts, very kind, genuinely interested in me and very keen to help me make the very most of my stay, be it restaurant recommendations or places to visit! The B and B is perfectly positioned in the middle of the lively town but quiet as it is a short distance from the main street, ensuring...

Albert and Marlene were great hosts and made our one-night stay very comfortable and easy. Helped us with all transports bookings and dinner reservation. The accommodation is very comfortable and the breakfast was terrific. Really good if you are heading to the Canal du Midi and close to the Locaboat Argens base.

We stayed here one night en route to our holiday destination in Roquebrun. We chose Maison Allene having read the reviews on Tripadvisor, and were not disappointed. 6 adults stayed in 3 rooms which were all individually decorated in typically French style. The rooms were spotless and the beds comfortable. The inner courtyard was a very peaceful, relaxing place to...

Booking accommodation blind is a lottery, but when you choose a place like the Maison Allene that exceeds expectations! Marlène and Albert were wonderful hosts and the room was a delight oozing French old world charm. We had access to many booklets and information which enabled us to plan our visits and time accordingly. There are many places to visit...

Our family of 4 adults and a 6 year old spent a night at this lovely place. The rooms are tastefully appointed and comfortably furnished. Beds comfy. Everything was exactingly clean and tidy. The garden terrace is a beautiful place to pass the time. Hosts are friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was generous and delicious. We were sorry to leave...

We booked this as a night before starting a locaboat charter from Argens. We should have planned an extended visit! Marlène and Albert were wonderful hosts. The rooms were perfect for my parents and immediate family. We enjoyed a sumptious breakfast and the nice restaurant nearby. It's clear the hosts considered many possibilities for ranging from the B&B when you...

We booked this room on the strength of excellent Trip reports and looked fwd to the ambiance of a small French town. Whilst the room didn't disappoint, it was the only saving grace in an otherwise dump of a town. Whilst it is well placed to explore the lovely Langedoc area, in our opinion there are much nicer places from...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to write your review. When you arrived you were wondering why it was "so quiet" in town. On Wednesday morning there is a market in town that attracts many people, therefore in the afternoon it is indeed very quiet. Then, in the evening you asked us again why it was...

Small B&B with excellent service and large rooms in an old house in the backyard. Very good breakfast. Clean and well run. We arrived by bike, and Marlène took care of everything, inlucding parking our bikes. A open air sitting group was just the place for some refreshments before going out for dinner.

Had a wonderful week at this delightful b&b. Well placed to explore the stunningly beautiful Aude region within a lovely small town with a good choice of restaurants and shops. Beautifully decorated and furnished rooms and delicious breakfasts. The owners Marlene & Albert are super friendly and ensure you have everything you need. They eagerly do everything they can to...

Marlene was a delightful hostess had all our rooms ready and drinks ready on our arrival too. She had also kindly booked a nearby restaurant for the Friday evening. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were charming and much better than usually found in this area. Only 10 minutes away from Homps if you are going on the Canal...
